Very kind and perfect service, at least 4 restaurants with very good food, comfortable rooms. The pool is amazing with beautiful lightening on evenings and great DJ. You can take a lunch and/or hookah shisha. There is also a gym with very close to professional equipment (I was doing powerlifting workouts without any issues and without my personal equipment). Room service is amazing - you can get a dinner even in the middle of a night! I spent a wonderful week of work and relax with the hotel. Also I did enjoy the small pot with free tea bags and a coffee machine in the room - it was nice to have a full working day in the room.

Everything was very good, but it does cost money. Restaurants are expensive, but the food and service is great. Be careful with the mini bar ;)

The resort was amazing, the villa had everything we required and the service was outstanding. The location was smack in the middle, literally everything was a 20 minutes drive away maximum. We felt like we were being pampered from the moment we walked in!

To be honest there wasn’t much I can complain about. When I had an issue the customer service team would come and get it fixed right away! The coffee machine is a little too old, and the only thing that I could point out is that once I go to the pool side of the villa I cannot hear the phone or the bell so I wouldn’t know if someone was calling or at the door.

Possibly the best facilities at any resort in Doha. The outdoor pool was huge and well maintained and the indoor facilities were great to relax at during the afternoon heat in Doha. Customer service was top notch. Our check in was delayed and the manager allowed us a super late check out the next day to make up for it. Restaurants at the hotel were amazing too

Interiors of the room felt a bit basic compared to the rest of the luxury feel of the resort.

Please let your staff inform the guest for all the rules you have in the hotel. It was my 1st time to experience while eating on a iftar buffet the staff was keep on asking/coming to me to pay the bill. While i've explained already that i will settle the bill for iftar after eating since i left my wallet/card in the room. Usually in the hotel all the bill should be settled after checkout incase there is consumption during the stay. Therefore, i didn't even enjoy eating in the buffet due to this issue.

Most of the staff was extremely cordial and attentive. It was our wedding anniversary and they made it extra special by kindly placing balloons and a complementary cake for us, at our arrival. Very sweet of them. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor was also fabulous.

The prices have increased greatly since the last time we stayed at this beautiful facility, but nothing new was added. However, extra points are to be given because most of the staff was truly lovely, kind, and genuinely caring.

Sameera @ the swim up bar was so friendly and accommodating. During his down time, he even tossed a ball back and forth with my son. Water felt amazing, and the food/drink options were top notch.

I was not made aware until check-in that the indoor pool was for adults only. This should be stated clearly prior to booking.

I loved everything about the property, it was very clean.

One worker in particular kept questioning me and my husband about our changing of money, also any time we changed money she seemed to be unsettled. Maybe she had a bad week? Not sure but other than that 10/10.

The exclusivity and relaxation vibe of the resort, wonderful and helpful staff from hassan, roe, yusri, mahbob.

Needs to prepare the rooms for guests and provide essential items like tissue boxes, also needs to upgrade their tvs to have streaming and iPhone casting services

Staff were nice and accomodating. Facilities , Room, Pool and the Breakfast all exceeded my expectations. . Absolutely worth the price. Will definitely recommend

One staff from where I call for Room Service for our breakfast was quite NOT nice to talked to. I did not like the way she responded to my queries. She kept telling me, " I already told you. right?.." Also lack of trash cans, tissues
