The toiletries are not enough. Like toothpaste and brush needs to be provided

The staff were amazing couldn't do enough for you. It was clean and the food was lovely. We booked breakfast everyday for convenience and there was plenty of choice not to get board or have the same everyday. It had everything we needed in the hotel, it was a bit far out from the hassle and bussel however trams are so frequent and they are easy to use and great value so it didn't hinder our experience at all. Amazing country lovely welcoming people would definitely recommend the premier for somewhere to stay.

The pool area was really nice well kept but as it was very windy and shaded, we went in Feb so it was a bit cold to lie out in if in the shade and windy however I could imagine it would be perfect for hotter months. The jacuzzi was warm and very deep so we just stayed in there with our little boy.

The location is cool if you want a place out of the city

I had an outstanding stay at Premier Inn Doha Education City in Qatar. The staff truly made it a remarkable experience. They were not only welcoming but also incredibly helpful, ensuring all our needs were met. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch. From the well-equipped gym to the inviting pool area, there was something for everyone. The attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel, making us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. Speaking of comfort, the rooms were spacious and cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. What's more, the value for money was exceptional, considering the level of service and quality of the facilities. The hotel's location is convenient, situated in the vibrant Education City area, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. Additionally, the high-speed free Wi-Fi was a great convenience, allowing us to stay connected and plan our adventures. Overall, Premier Inn Doha Education City exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Qatar.

I stayed at the hotel for 10days with family, my stay was absolutely amazing and pleasant. The facilities were excellent, the staff were amazing and responding very quickly to our needs making sure we were happy and satisfied. They really did go more and beyond with providing excellent customer service at all times. My room service was excellent, daily cleaning of room,clean towels being provided. Water bottles,tea provided daily. The food at the restaurant was 10/10. Excellent gym facilities and the pool was a nice place to relax after a long day out. Train station is just a 15mins walk which takes you to the main areas of Doha. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to stay. If I could give more than a 5* to this hotel,definitely would do. THANK YOU TO ALL AT PREMIER INN DOHA EDUCATION CITY CENTRE.

Nice Hotel, the area around it is quiet, parking space is adequate, rooms are great, and the bed is comfortable, breakfast options are OK but I wish they include the coffee machine with the package, you can only get brewed coffee alongside tea and juices, the price is the best part it is very great value for the money.

We arrived at 12:30 pm after about a 7 hours drive and we hoped they would check us in but they didn't until 2 pm, and what made it worse was the lady that was supposed to check us in was a trainee, and we had to wait 20 more minutes to get our room cards, I don't blame her as she did her best but there should be some support from her fellow colleagues during check in and check out times.

Mr. Abdu is an amazing hotel duty manager! He's attentive, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a wonderful stay. He truly knows how to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend staying at a hotel managed by Mr. Abdu! 👍🏻😊 The hotel boy during my stay was outstanding! I forgot his name most probably. He is from Kenya and He provided all the amenities and services i needed with a smile. His attentiveness and helpfulness made your stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend his exceptional service! 👍🏻😊

Angelica, the hotel receptionist, provided excellent service! She was very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Mr. Abdu, the duty manager, provided excellent service! He was very attentive to my needs and always went above and beyond to make sure i had a comfortable stay. He was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. "I also received great service from the receptionist Mr. Abdu. He was very polite and helpful. He was quick to respond and always had a positive attitude. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha."
