Convenient location, near the Exit E of Chinatown and also near a bus stop. Numerous restaurants aling the street. cheers and 711 nearby. hassle free check in and check out. cleans your room daily. helpful staff and HK. the room is spacious and has ample space to move around even if with luggages. big CR too! wifi is decent enough.

aircon take a long time to be cold. even if you habe two keys, they remove the inserted key when you are out which is a bummer since coming from the hot weather outside you want to be cooled down immediately with the room ac but sadly they remove it. there is no bidet in the cr which is practically needed nowadays. very few outlets to charge or ti power your stuff. no bedside table. ref does not get colds for whatever reason and stinks of durian smell.

clean and tidy it provides water bottles, showering and shampoo, tooth brush and toothpaste, and slippers.

the only comment is that the towel is dark and dirty.

Great location right next to Chinatown and the metro station. Good housekeeping and they responded quickly when the TV stopped working.

Window doesn’t open. Room had a bit of an unpleasant smell sometimes.

Location was good and right across the street from Chinatown MRT. MRT was our main transportation for our 3nts. We hired private transportation when traveling with luggage to and from hotel.

no closets to hang cloths. I received bad advise on getting MRT tickets. We are rookies and wanted 3-day tourist pass and clerk suggested store a few doors down. They sold a pass and told us it was a 3day but it wasn't. It stopped working the first day and caused a lot extra time and frustration to keep adding money to the card. You should recommend buying from the Train station!

The location is phenomenal. It’s right next to exit E of the Chinatown MRT station, which is a perfect area to explore Singapore from. The bed was super comfy and they provided free water in the room. The staff were also really helpful, especially as I left a jumper there. They contacted me to tell me they found it and are holding it for a friend to collect.

The bathroom is a wet room style which means that the floor can become slippy so you need to take care at night! The aircon only works when the key is in the power holder, so we arrived back to a very hot room. It does cool down quite quickly though!

Room is clean. Good Location and convenience. Near to MRT.

The hotel is along the main road, so you would hear the sound of cars all night. There is no hair dryer in the room.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: Tons of great Chinatown restaurants at low prices, Right next to MRT, next to 2 big malls ROOM QUALITY: big bed, strong stream of hot water in the shower, big sink with free toothbrushes, unlimited bottled water and fresh towels. Given the above benefits, and this was during Chinese New Year, the hotel was not "expensive" by Singapore standards, but it wasn't "cheap" either by Southeast Asia standards. I paid $120USD/night but I probably would have paid $85 in a different season

Nothing worth complaining about

Location is great! Chinatown station is just across the road so it is easy to get wherever you need to go. The staff at the hotel could not be faulted. The room was small, but adequate for one person. The shower are was large and hot water was never a problem.

I had a windowless room, which was not a problem, but on two days I didn't wake until after 11:00am, which meant the best part of the day had gone!! Next time I will look for a room with a window, or travel with an alarm clock!!

Handy location to shop and eat. Room is reasonable clean Just bit noisy during my stay as there’s repair and maintenance work carried out.

Bathroom is slightly aged and rotten

the staff were helpful and very lovely! the room was clean and for a family of 4, it was a great size ( for Singapore accommodation standards) we stayed for 3 nights, I think any longer we would start to feel a little cramped but given that we only slept there, it was great. location wise super awesome, right across the road from a shopping centre and MRT and moments away from Chinatown markets and restaurants etc! really awesome place!!
