We stayed here with my partner for 1 night and the location was perfect. We slept comfortably and the capsule was quite clean. We felt safe as there were lockers to put our backpacks. The staff were super welcoming and answered our questions about the location. We took showers in the shared bathroom in the morning and it was quite good. There were shampoo and body wash. There was a common area for grabbing some drinks, like coffee and tea, and sitting. I highly recommend staying here for a couple of days. Could become hard for more than 3 days.

Pros: Location 10/10 - Situated in Chinatown everything you could possibly need is only a few minutes walk away. MRT Station, restaurants, food courts, bars, convenience stores etc… all within walking distance Cleanliness- 8/10 - fairly good, bathrooms cleaned daily Wifi - 7/10 - stable enough however it can sometimes be very slow, not ideal if you intend to do any work. Staff - 10/10, check in very quick & straightforward Value for money - 10/10 - very good for the price.

Bathroom (shower & toilet) is on the small side and can be cramped The capsules offer zero protection from sound, you can hear everything someone else is doing whether they’re just walking around or talking. May not be ideal for light sleepers.

The size of the capsule is good. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Got a water dispenser and coffee/tea provided. Easy to find, a bit further in but still ok. Got locker provided for each capsule, and everything is accessible by your card. There are 3 showers cubicles which include the toilet. Got place to put luggage when you check out. The height of the capsule is good for me (163cm), I can sit nicely inside and do my makeup. Got enough space to put small valuables if don't want put in locker.

If you're a light sleeper then you might get woken up by neighbors around you or your bunk bed neighbors moving. I don't like the air circulation fan in the capsule, it's super noisy. I think everyone also ended up just off it. So I just sleep without closing the door fully to let some aircond in. Only 1 hairdryer to share, luckily not many people using at same time. There is no proper space to put your luggage bags. Is either you put in front of your capsule or near the locker area, so don't bring big luggage or much luggage. So far everyone is very understanding. No area to sit or hangout, I heard they said it is another place outside which I find a bit troublesome. So I just do everything in my capsule.

The staff (young man) was nice , very helpful. The pod is very clean and nice, very cosy, I liked it for a double bed for 2 people, had a smart tv, little fold up dinner table, USB connector, lights etc. we had the nicest and most modern pod available in our dorm. I have stayed here before though, and last time the pod was more old. Overall a great experience!

There are only 3 showers to share in our dorm, I think there was 8-10 people sharing. I didn’t like the shower and toilet was inside the same room, so things got wet

I loved the customer service. The hospitality was amazing. I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to have a shower and freshen up even though I couldn’t check in till 2pm. THE BEST pillows I’ve ever had in any hostel I’ve stayed at AND I got 2 of them here!! This was a big deal for me. Pods were super comfy, quite spacious and very clean. Place is in a great location. 2 minutes to the nearest station which can take you anywhere around Singapore. Upon check out the lady at reception called my taxi to the airport for me… again great service.

I found the toilet and shower in the same room a bit hard as I would want to go to the toilet and the whole seat would be wet. Or getting changed was a bit of a challenge with a wet floor. Maybe something I am not used too? But hey that’s travelling. Would still stay again for sure!!

Pods are very safe. It was my first time. They are very comfortable. I like the bed and the fact they provide hot and cold water as well as coffee and tea. The place is in Chinatown close to metro station.

Unfortunately, the bathroom is extremely small and the have all together shower and toilet. Literally one over the other so when you take a shower everything gets wet including de toilet paper that's on the floor because the bin is too small for 10 pods (people). You can easily hear when people use their cards for open the door of the room and the pods and also when they open and close de pods.

Good location. Very near Chinatown MRT station The room has good A/C but the capsule still was hot so I slept with the door open to let in some cool air There was some kind of electric car ride share just outside the door I would like to try but did not

My storage locker could not lock but they have cameras and all the people there seemed nice and honest so my luggage was safe.

the pods are not sound proof, a guy was on his phone at 11pm at night having a full blown conversation and I heard every word when I was trying to sleep

Location was so central great value for money I stayed for 8 days in a capsule and was very manageable for me I fit in a single capsule but you can get doubles there was however plenty of room still to move around in mine and I couldn't have asked for more as there are USB charging ports and a normal universal power point as well as a tv in the capsule which was a nice touch as well as head phone options. All doors are key card accessible one key given to you gives you access to a locker for more personal valuables, the access to a small sliding door that opens for you to get into your capsule and out with release button inside, access to a door which opens to the room your small amount of capsules are in and access to the only available staircase from ground floor to get into hotel separate to reception so felt very safe to say the least and my card was very reliable. Clean beds sheets and capsule had absolutely NO ISSUES with bed bugs or any other bugs in my capulsule or out if it. Room was amazingly cold especially when the entire time your in Singapore your either wet from sweat or rain but still hot and muggy so probably still sweating or your extremely hot from 30 degree days with added 80 percent humidity every day so to come back to a cold room personally I think it's great. Free tea coffee and water refill stations was very helpful to save money by refilling water rather than constantly purchasing it. 24 hour reception available was so nice to have the option to call anytime and get help which not every place does. Nice smelling inside room which is a great relief from the smoking food and car smells in Singapore that can be hard with someone who had never been here like myself.

Luggage storage options where miss leading the luggage gets stored in the rooms free open space not in a luggage room or storage room for luggage so just needs maybe to be clarified other than this no issues at all and am extremely happy with the place I chose for my place to sleep in Singapore.

The kindness of the guy at the reception was great, he was clear and concise with the instructions and allowed us to leave our suitcase before and after our check in/check out so that we could comfortably walk around. The quality-price ratio is what was expected, the toilet was good considering that the bathrooms are a shared space and it depends on how good guests there are in the accommodation, not so much on the hotel, however we saw that the next day the cleaning staff.

The mattress was a little hard, everything else was fine.
