The staff - from reception to cleaning crew - were exceptionally friendly. I would return just for the service. I was in a five-star hotel for five days before this, and the Citadines staff were far better than that of the five-star hotel crew! They are a real credit to the company. Room was adequate for one person. Very comfortable and clean. Fridge was a bit wonky but the staff happily changed it when I requested. Recycling bins were available on the 6th floor. Fitness corner was clean and decently outfitted. Nice resident lounge and lobby area.

1) The night security was the one exception to the staff friendliness. Had a small cockroach in my room one night, and when I called to ask if they might have bug spay, said "the cockroach will move elsewhere in time." How does this reassure a guest?!?! When I said I was terrified and asked if he could just double-check re the spray, he just coldly muttered no. The complete inflexibility was a real turn-off. Got the same unfriendly, unhelpful and unreassuring response when I had an issue with the safe one night. Really put a dent in the otherwise flawless service. 2) Safe did not work thrice during my three-week stay :( (the contact points were rusty...) 3) One round of laundry cost S$17! 4) No pool.

The apartment is very clean, big, and beautiful. It has all that it needs, and everything looks new and is functional. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, I haven't slept so well recently. Everybody enjoyed the place. There is also a small terrace outside the apartment, at least at the 9th level. A couple of MRT stations to chose from. Many food places around; we ate at Aladin, a local nearby place, with nice and convenient food, open till late.

Friendly staff that were always checking to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. On our first night, Koko checked us in, he was very helpful and happy to help. There are great facilities in the common areas and the room was very lovely too, especially as it had a kitchen. Great price for the amount of space we got! There was also a water dispenser outside next to the lifts that had hot and cold water, which was lovely.

The floor outside the room was exposed so it got wet when it rained. It would have been good to have a carpet or something so it wouldn't be slippery. During one of the rainy nights, my elderly mum went to the lift to get water and on the way back tripped and almost fell.

The building has no air circulation and getting incredibly humid indoor when it’s raining. Aircons all very old and very very noisy. There is no way to control them, only On and Off, and it’s always maximum power when On. Also at night they have timer and always off, so getting very humid and hot. It’s ok if the building has nice ventilation, but not in this case. It’s quite an issue in Singaporean climate. But want to add the staff was incredibly helpful, and did their best to solve the issues. Dehumidifier was the best to have in our room.

Rooms are nice, well appointed, and clean with good amenities. Lots of storage. Staff are very pleasant to deal with. Location is excellent with many eating places around. Kitchenette is very handy. Home away from home! Would stay here again.

Since the hotel doesn't do daily cleans, rooms could do with some cleaning equipment (broom, dirt cloths) so we could maintain until the next clean. There is no hand soap in the toilet sink. Somehow we didn't get the pamphlet with hotel info upon check-in. Would have saved us a few hassles if we did. We thought there was supposed to be an alarm clock in the room so we didn't bring our own.

I'd like to commend the staff, particularly May, Koko, and Aniz, for their exceptional service during my stay. They were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. A standout example was their understanding and accommodation of my request to clean my room at a specific time, considering my son stays with me and my mother during the day. May, Koko, and Aniz went the extra mile when I had an incident with the SBS bus, providing me with the right contacts to address the issue. Moreover, the hotel's location is strategic, with a bus from Orchard Road stopping directly in front of the hotel, and Bencoolen, Little India, and Dhoby Ghaut stations within walking distance.

I observed that the hotel corridors are not air-conditioned. Often, when exiting the room, I'm met with a wave of heat. While it would be preferable for the entire hotel to be air-conditioned, I understand it's not a major concern.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, primarily due to its exceptional location, which provided convenient access to the city's main attractions and a short distance to many bus stations and subway lines. The spacious room exceeded my expectations, offering ample space for relaxation and comfort throughout my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's excellent facilities, including the well-equipped fitness center and laundry room, added an extra layer of indulgence to my overall experience.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was marred by the discomfort caused by inadequate cooling in both the lobby and elevators, which made my time there less enjoyable, especially during hot weather. It would have been much more pleasant if the hotel could improve the air conditioning system in these spaces to ensure a more comfortable environment for guests.

Great location, large room. Equipped kitchen. Many eateries nearby. Friendly staff. I got to borrow a power outlet adapter at the reception, which I appreciated. Overall had a good stay, but nothing special. The large rooms helped.

Rooftop garden and also common room on floor 2 were both closed off for unknown reason. Overall the place is a bit worn down, which is visible a few places in the room. Weird smell in one of the closets. Cleaning wasn’t consistent. One time it was very sloppy, another time extremely thorough. Also strange that they don’t change cheats for a week.

I'm pleased with their service. First, they upgraded my room from studio type to a one bedroom unit! Check-in and out was easy, though in my view there were too many data to input during check-in. The staffs were nice! The bed was comfortable and they also offer complementaries tea and coffee which was refilled during my stay. There's mineral water dispenser to refill your bottle (allowed you to save your daily expenses). The location was also good, though it's not that near to orchard, but really convenient to find place to eat, from muslim halal food, chinese (东北、四川菜) or western food.

The aircon was a bit too noisy. Furthermore, if you want to stay in a soundproof room, this is not the place. Well, it's fine in the bedroom, but you could actually hear people chatting in the hall way from inside (living room).
