Excellent location within a 10 minute walk to mart transit and public bus outside hotel door. Easy walk to Clarke key along river, safe and well maintained. Many restaurants in area. The hotel served a buffet breakfast with many options and outdoor seating by the river, if you are a dog person there are well mannered pets with their owners walking along the river. Very good pool area and in house gym. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Will stay again

Rooms are small, and the seating area is somewhat useless as couples staying in room need the seating bench for luggage. Bathrooms are small

Location was absolutely superb. Just a bridge away from Robertson Quay and it's amazing cafes. Clark quay was also a 15 min walk away. Convenience stores for your daily needs were just across the road. Short cab ride away from Orchard Road, Bugis street, Raffles', MBS and other sightseeing locations. Room was small, but adequate for a single traveler and equipped with all essential amenities. Hotel offered complimentary supply of fresh fruit which was stocked up in all lobbies and at all hours. Staff was helpful and polite. They even assisted in booking grab taxis for our travel around the city. They also offered a vast spread of breakfast which had eating options for everyone.

The lobby outside my room on the 6th floor spelled of smoke all the time. Even though I was staying in a non smoking room, my bathroom smelled of smoke every evening, possibly sucking the air from an outdoor vent. I am allergic to dust. The sheets, although clean, but gave me an irritation in my throat everyday when I woke up.

The breakfast was amazing. The room and the bathroom were good as well.

The building alarm ringing at 3 am for 10 min, followed by 15 min of the same alarm but bugging, and making it very unclear if one should rush down 15 floors in pajamas or wait in the room, as the cut recorded message was instructing. Hearing the water from the neighbouring room every time they took a shower. Unfortunately for me, I was almost each already in bed or still in bed. Not the nicest way to wake up.

Their facilities were top-notch! Gym’s equipments and machines were plenty (they even have a punching bag!), was aesthetically pleasing and empty. On the pool deck, they have a separate game room, which features a foosball table! Again, it was empty and we had a great time having the room all to ourselves. I love the fresh fruits they have for guests on every floor, including bananas in the gym, and infused water at the reception area. My booking also came with the free minibar, which was a nice surprise :) In fact, I booked another stay because of the facilities they offer. (this time I’ll be sure to bring proper gym shoes!)

Room can be a little cleaner. There wasn’t visible dust or hair, but the sink had some stains. Though this is probably just me being picky as I normally expect more from Singapore hotels (4 stars and above) to be cleaner than other countries’.

Location. Breakfast was amazing. Vicinity of hop-on hop-off buss station. Room was clean and the view was amazing. Dinner was great, with the nice view near the river. Guest Services were always helpful even we had some challenges with Booking and Hotel communicating with each other.

It was really confusing to explain every day that the breakfast was included and that we had extra S$98 credit to spend inside the Hotel premises. Somehow communication was not really passing down to all the Guest Services personnel. Not a big deal but just small area for improvement))

Good accommodation in a central location. Room spacious and clean Reception and housekeeping staff were all friendly and very helpful. We were on the 11th floor, lovely views of the river. Used the pool several mornings. The extra half day extension suggested by Reception made our final day much more relaxing as we were flying out at 2:00 am. This meant we checked out at 8:00 pm rather than midday. Breakfast and dinner options were good and an easy walk to local restaurants. Also easy to get cabs Room included complementary mini bar - water and chocolate and chips. Also fresh fruit in the corridor. Clean, friendly, comfortable.

Room has coffee machine, make sure to bring some coffee pods, it has some nice chocolate snacks along with it. Tried out room dining because was feeling very tired during NYE, it was great, bathroom was very nice and clean and comes with useful amenities

When I book the room, it mentioned to have bath tub, my room was upgraded due to membership benefits but expected it to have bath tub, also my room was very near to the elevator, heard noises from people outside

Nice Breakfast varieties. I got a free upgraded room and free breakfast through Booking.com (Genius) Loved the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Nice bar and friendly staffs. Enjoyed the evening with husband and son.

Too clumsy breakfast on weekend. Not enough space to sit, cutleries hard to find, over busy environment and chaos. I wasted my time looking for cutlery, drinking glass almost 20mins. Staffs were super busy too.

Lots of elevator so you don't have to wait. The swimming pool is great. The gym is good with lots of equipments. You can walk by the river it's quite nice. The breakfast was really nice, it's a buffet with lots of choices.

The restaurant was full I couldn't eat during diner. The hotel is isolated from the metro, so you have to take the bus or the taxi. There are a lots of people eating in the restaurant or at the breakfast.
