Furama RiverFront has an excellent location. We thought it was far from the subway. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway, which has a direct line to the Garden by the Bay. So, it was perfect! A convenience store is next to the hotel, where you can buy a simple breakfast and coffee. The hotel staff are friendly!

There was a minor understanding that the hotel didn't fulfill. I asked for adjoined rooms for my relatives, but they couldn't accommodate me. The breakfast price was costly. However, Singapore is a hawker culture. Eating at the Food Center anywhere in Singapore is always delicious, clean, and affordable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The general reception area was bright and vibrant and full of people and actives which was nice to see.

We were two lady friends staying in a twin share room - 658. The beds were comfortable and the room very quiet for sleeping but the room is very tired and the bathroom very daggy. No proper supply of nice teas or little poppa's or cows milk for tea, no little handcreme's or moisturiser give aways in the bathroom etc.. It's missing any pizzaz or charm and totally needed a revamp.

The dining area is too small for all their guests. I wasnt feeling great one day and my husband asked if he can bring me some food. The meal supervisor declined the request. We felt bad because I was so hungry but just cant go down at the dining area.

Good staff and comfortable room

The studio queen room was not suitable for older people as very small room and bed on a step. We had to change room and pay more per night to get a suitable room .

Lovely pool, use of executive lounge and separate club breakfast room with two hours of evening drinks and snacks. (Ate by mistake in main breakfast area first morning and the food wasn't that great.)

Tired and dingy room - stained carpets, scuffed walls and dated pointless extra furniture, bath taps didn't work, little storage space for clothes, cases, shoes etc. leaky sink tap. General lack of any instructions. Friendly staff - especially concierge in green top at the door was super helpful and hard- working with bags, taxis etc. Great bed!

Good location . We liked the view . Swimming pool .

Room carpet was a bit dirty . Felt like it was given a quick cleaning for the next customer. Felt like , we are not stating here this is a given fact, to be clear

Location and amenities were great.

We are a family of 6, so I booked two rooms. We got one king bed in each room. We needed more beds but the cost for an extra bed at $60 per night raised the original reasonably price room to an expensive one. Our next hotel gave us a free upgrade to allow for more beds. We managed three in a bed but not ideal.

Nice hotel, close to a lot of things like shops, restaurants, public transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds very big and comfortable. Pool area very nice and big pool.

A few issues with the room, air con not working properly in 1 of our rooms. TV not working in same room and missing the qr code that they have in rooms to order room service, get information etc. Took a couple of days to get it sorted.

When reporting the accident, the hotel management acted immediately by closing the swimming pool. They asked me regularly how I was doing and sent us a bunch of fruits. I think it was not the mistake of the hotel, but just some irresponsible people who left their pieces of glasses at the swimming pool.

There was a sharp piece of glass at the swimming pool. It stabbed my left foot and the blood could not stop flowing. After more than a week, the blood was gone, but the mark was still there, and it is still painful to walk on a hard floor. Imagine if it hurts your family and loved ones, so, better to be careful when using the swimming pool and other facilities.

Room facilities were great!
