First of all, you get what you paid for and this is a hostel for short stays. We got this good offer to spend our New Year in SG and even it’s a small space they clean the room change the sheets and towels.

What I don’t like is in the bathroom they should have put trash in outside and to put the towel it’s too high haha can’t reach 😅and the sink is smelly. The staff are nice but I’m just disappointed that why Edward never told me the remaining balance from day one when we check in Dec 29,2023 we request him change of plan to stay instead Jan 4 we request to change the check out date Jan 1. He only gave me the receipt of SG$325 but he never told me about I will still get charge SG$290.47 just now I got my bill from my credit card I was charge twice. That’s not fair about telling me this and all I want is be transparent to your customers and honest.

The bed is clean,aircon also cool,in the toilet there is heater water.

the keyyyroom. Because I was stay in the dorm,so yeah there are four person in the same room. As a backpacker i dont mind,I went travel to several country I like stay in dorm not beacause the price is cheap more than that,I like to sharing with other traveller about they experiences.Back to the topic about the key,In my opinion is more better if every single gues in the dorm get 1 key. So we dont have to ask again and again to the staff for open the door.

All staffs are very friendly and been staying here for almost 2month and im very comfortable to stay here it feels like im here in my comfort zone.

One of the sink leaking ..one of the toilet room on the top aircon cable condensed thus dripping some water on my head n shoulder..n one of the bathroom has no no refill soap..my room one of the sleeping pillow is over use leading to too thin cover..I didn't dare to use n almost translucent to see thru

Very convenient to stay because its very accessible. Shashi very helpful and kind especially handling my request. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay more longer.

The most cheapest but yet comfortable hotel in singapore. We had our private couple room with shared bathroom. The location of the hotel is near to all the tourist spots in Singapore, Accessible to goods and services as well security is high level. keep it up

Good hotel to many drunk drugged idiots at night nearly had fight at night double bunk not comfortable going up to down but hotel is good for it’s money reciption very helpful free masks water and getting taxi to airport
