The room was very spacious and felt luxurious. Sustainability was to the fore with the "last plastic bottle" and toiletries being from a general supply and not separate plastic bottles for each guest. Wifi was strong and consistent. Food was excellent. Amazing view from the pool.

Some areas showed lack of care and attention - for example, plug socket coming away from the wall. No turn-down service. Restaurants and check-in desks appeared quite under-staffed. Location seemed unknown to taxi drivers and many ended up on Level 1 instead of Level 2.

The room was fantastic and hotel facilities were fab! Little things like a free minibar and free welcome drinks go a long way to a great customer experience. Mr Stork, the rooftop bar was exceptional - one of the best bars in Singapore! The location of the hotel was great - we explored a side of Singapore that we had never been before - Arab St/ Haji Lane. All staff at the restaurants, lobby and housekeeping were very warm and friendly.

Our views did include overlooking a construction site, which is inevitable in a city like Singapore that is constantly developing. Otherwise, there was very little not to like!

The most fresh, stylish and cozy hotel in Singapore in my opinion... it's not «tired» like a lot of other hotels. The view, the pool, the staff and the cafe area where you could rest with a cup of coffee or a tea with snacks were all amazing as well. And the location is great, I love the Bugis area to start with when exploring the city.

Friendly staff incl housekeeping staff. Lovely design hotel. Lots of variety at breakfast. Tasty complimentary ice and Lemon tea in the Sun room. Close to MRT Bugis and Bugis Junction. Also close to Haji Lane and Little India and Raffles Hotel. Nice to stay a bit further away from crowded Marina Bay Sands and Orchard Rd but still so central.

This is not a dislike as such but some of the staff uniforms are very casual looking (like they bought their outfit in COS) so sometimes it was difficult to tell if they worked there or not. They could wear name tags instead... Also, I expected a bit more from the bar at Mr Stork. The cocktails weren't very interesting and/or flavoursome.

It's not the first time I'm staying at Andaz, and it's my favorite hotel in Singapore. Great location close to Marina Bay and Kampong Glam, with easy access by car from the airport. High-quality hotel facilities and attentive staff. Fantastic view from the hotel room and from the Mr Stork rooftop bar. Overall great stay.

I felt the breakfast was overpriced, so I didn't book it. The pool is quite small, and you have to go through the reception and bar area to get to it – not ideal.

There is a free snack bar just located next to the check in counter which provide some drinks such as lemonade; lemon water or coffee every day with a comfortable resting area. Nice breakfast without queue up in the morning . View from room is good. Very convenient location. Swimming pool is quiet. Location is really great. Just take lift to the basement B2 or B3, then will be the MRT station. Just walk through can reach quite a few shopping malls nearby within 5 - 10 minutes

Infinity pool a bit small. Extra bed fee is expensive. Only standing shower provided but the water pressure is weak.

The second bed option for our older children was not properly explained at the time of booking. a roll out bed was required to rectify the issue.

The Andaz is an amazing hotel to choose when visiting Singapore. It is perfectly situated near the Muslim quarter, with the MRT station positioned underneath the hotel which made exploring Singapore very easy. The Muslim quarter has many great coffee shops, restaurants and shops to explore. The rooms were unbelievable. They were very expansive, with a large open wardrobe, mini bar (that was free!) and fantastic bathroom with floor to ceiling glass windows. The gym was well equipped and the infinity pool (with a view of the Marina and Marina Bay Sands hotel) was great! The staff were lovely and very accommodating.
