it’s very close to the city centre and quite close to the underground station  It has a wonderful roof pool which is open until 10 pm, and you can actually swim when it’s dark outside and see the whole skyline of Singapore quite small and for size beds for four people which is exceptional for Singapore Breakfast was quite good and very diverse so he can eat European but also more local dishes Value for money was excellent I’m very happy I stay there I can easily recommend it

It’s a minor thing that they offer only one day of free Wi-Fi Internet throughout the whole stay

Room smell

We came to Singapore to attend Coldplay concert at the stadium. The location is perfect as it was near an MRT station to get to the stadium. It’s also close to the touristy Arab street, haji lane area. I informed the hotel staff in advance regarding my flight arriving early and requested for early check in. Despite them not promising this was possible, they actually allowed us to check in early and that was very kind of them!

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was very good. About 50 m away from a bus stop, around the corner from an MRT-station . Across the road was a food market and adjacent was a mall full of restaurants. The rooftop pool was a stunner with the skyline of Singapore all around you. Will definitely stay there again.

They were quite stingy with the coffee sachets, only giving one per person per day.

the bottled water was put in the fridge when we arrived, so it was very refreshing. the room was already very spacious, moreover our baggages can be put under the bed to provide more room. staff was very helpful. the pool was child friendly, and the vending machines downstairs were also added value

Location. vicinity is great and safe. we could stroll at night around hotel without feeling worried. lots of eateries and also near the tourist spot (Arab Street/ Sultan Mosque area).

the spots in the room and leaking of the jet sprayer (for toilet). perhaps due to the long pandemic issue this hotel hasnt refurbished yet.

Bad smell from the toilet

I love how the location was really convenient. It was such a quiet peaceful hotel to stay at with minimum noise from other guests. I was given an amazing room not too close to the lifts as it can be quite noisy near them. The staff was excellent and the room was very organised and tidy. It is very close to Nicoll Highway MRT station and bus stop is right outside which made commuting very easy. The surroundings were very nice with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby all within walking distance.

The water temperature of the shower was not as warm as I thought it would be during certain times of the day. When I had a shower in the afternoon the water temperature was only lukewarm and only during nighttime and morning did the water go back to its usual temperature. The lamp support in my room had broke which I could not fix in order to adjust the height hence couldn’t use the lamp at all to my desire position.

I like the hotel it's clean and the staffs are good. hotel lobby is also wonderful, quite close to Haji Lane/ Arab Street.

The gym is too small.
