Bed was extremely comfortable. View was amazing. Room was always cleaned, amenities topped up daily and sheets were changed daily. Water was also topped up whenever we did not have any left.

Room was smaller than our expectations based off the photos. Bathroom was also very small but manageable. Buffet was below average. The food wasn't that great, not much variety in terms of sweets/ pastries.

The view from my balcony was amazing

Flip-flops are not provided (to use after the shower), some corners of the room were covered with spider web, the floor wasn't clean enough, there was some dust on the tables.

We requested for Interconnected rooms which booking.com had confirmed before travelling, only to find out at the reception that hotel does not offer such rooms, and asked 5 of us family members to share two rooms. We are talking about 3 little kids, me and my wife. However after few complaints and providing evidences we had been offered a family room on the top floor with late check-in. We had been lucky, and would like booking.com to provide correct information to the customer

Sound-proof level was very poor. When the room above us got accommodated it became very noisy especially when they used the bathroom; it felt like someone was using our bathroom! It was not because of noisy neighbours but due to poor sound proofing.

It is close to many restaurants and nice walk to the Chinatown (more restaurants). There are few restaurants near by the hotel, good place to try a bowl of noodle or just cup of coffee anytime of the day. This area is very safe even near Chinatown. For some reasons, most of the restaurants close around 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening so, get your dinner early, out of the way or you will go the bed hunry. The best thing is a short distance from the hawker center (street foods). We used Grab and does not cost that much to go there.

Shops and restaurants close too early. Need more bakery and coffee shops in the area.

The hotel was closer to the main city and it was convenient to go around the town and book taxis or grabs.

The staffs in the restaurant especially in the morning breakfast were rude and seemed to be in very rush to clean up the tables. We were with 2 kids both under the age of 10 so it is obvious that it will take some time to finish the breakfast while you are with your children but the staffs were busy trying get us out from the table so other guests could stay. The rooms were also small compared to what was being mentioned. We were traveling with 2 kids and with few baggage along with a baby stroller. There was hardly any space to fit in the baggage and the stroller.

The hotel was clean, the aircon was really good in the rooms, the pool area was lovely, we had a nice view from our balcony (though it was too hot to be out there for long). Loved that the room had a mini fridge.

The rooms are TINY. We paid for what looked to be the best room they had that also had a balcony (an upgraded room didn’t have the balcony), and our balcony was genuinely nearly the size of our room. So if you’re expecting a room with a lot of space, be aware that the rooms don’t have wardrobes or space for bags to be stored.

I like the room and location. For the 6 days we stayed there, I loved everything, it's very near to transportation, groceries, food stalls. The bed was comfortable, I love the fact they accommodated our request to be on a Top floor with City View.

On our 6 day stay we were satisfied except on our Last day. Our room was not clean and we requested for a make up room, the staff cleaned it but the entire room smelled urine, it's like the cleaner, use a towel with urine to clean the entire room. It was so BAD! And to think our stay was kinda PRICEY to be treated like that. Also, TV has a few channels but it was okay.
