The locations is great overlooking the quay with many nice restaurants and bars around it. Staff was nice and helpful.

Rooms were too small. The swimming pool was quite small and not very nice. No service around the pool area. Not value for money.

Brilliant and welcoming staff, the free bike offer was excellent, we used the bikes to cycle down the river. Brilliant restaurant and very tasty teas. The pool was very refreshing. Hotel staff let us keep the bags during the day for our afternoon flight, which meant we got another half day to spend exploring :) The hotel fit out was incredible and very well thought out.

The only comment, and it's a minor one, is that the restaurant is almost 'seperate' to the hotel, you have to take two lifts to get down to the ground floor, then walk outside the hotel to get there. On the upside, the breakfast was excellent 10/10 and dinner was also delicious.

Super Luxury Hotel. Everything you see and touch there is very high quality. We weren't satisfied with Standard room size so we decided to upgrade it to a better one. Try take bigger rooms. Small ones are really small.

Small rooms, breakfast zone is small and there is no a lot of choice. Breakfast could be richer. There is no separated bath room in small rooms. That's probably is the biggest issue we had in this hotel. The rest is fantastic.

Perfect for a solo stay. The location is great to access restaurants.

The layout is quite specific and has no segregated dressing space in front of the bathroom. It does not matter for single use but is needed to pay attention in case of staying with someone else. In addition, you can been seen outside because the window is very big. The hotel should explain that we need to use blinds for our privacy as we check in. We may be seen from outside as we are dressing!

We loved our room and how modern it was. It was perfect for the two of us and very cosy, located on a pretty street with lots of greenery and fairy lights.

That they charged $150AUD for washing only two tops and some underwear for us. Unfortunately, it is so hot and sweaty there and we just needed a few things cleaned for our last two days so we paid it.

good location, close to restaurants. fully, tasty breakfast was included in our rate. everything in room worked. motorized curtains were nice. good climate control in room. great king size bed. hotel good for couples.

slow concierge service. lighting controls in the room were a bit confusing. rooms are a bit small.

Perfect location, very comfortable room with almost blackout blinds and complete amenities, and delicious continental breakfast.

Check in was unnecessary long although we booked via Booking.com and we should’ve had all information registered already. They said the room will be ready at 2pm but when we came at 3pm it wasn’t ready and we had to wait for 30mins. After we checked out, we left our bags there as our flight was still in 4 hours and we didnt want to carry our bags to lunch. When we returned, it also took them a while to get our bags for us, even though we had only 3 small pieces of bags. The staff seemed to be a bit in chaos/inexperienced + staff shortage.

Every single staff member was friendly, efficient and helpful. This included advice on Singapore sights and good eating places. We could not fault any of your staff and have never been to a hotel where every staff member had such a high professional standard. Please pass on our thanks and would certainly recommend you to our friends if they are in Singapore. Keep up the amazing job and we hope to be back.

The pool area was a little small and could do with more shades area in the afternoon.

Breakfast and the bar (which were the same space) meant going outside and heading a short way down the street. Also it took 2 elevators to reach the room from outside as the lobby is on 4th floor.
