Situated right next to the MRT station, it was very handy to travel everywhere in Singapore, including the airport. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I loved the internal gardens and swimming pool on the 3rd floor. I also loved having a wee tree on our balcony. We had a beautiful little yellow bird visiting it.

I wasn't so keen on the breakfast at the restaurant next door. They would charge extra for basic things like Earl Grey tea or almond milk. The food was OK but a bit repetitive when you're staying a few nights.

This place is a great location and has bus, train and walking distance to shops and food. The staff are always welcoming and happy to assist. About a $30 Australian cab fare from the airport. The pool looked great, but we didn't get to use it. Fresh water bottles every day and tea and coffee and fridge were good.

There were no power points in the bathroom, and the sink drained very slowly. Two large suitcases take up space, but we just needed somewhere to sleep after being out all day.

Excellent location, MRT next door, food eateries close by. Clean room, serviced daily with change of towels and provided bottles of waters.

We don't have any major issues to highlight however maybe some guests would like to be informed that the room is a little on a smaller side eg you might have space constraint in trying to lay flat a medium/large suitcase. Be prepared to hear noises from corridor if there are guests talking or looking for other guests in their rooms. It didn't bother us too much.

Every member of staff provided excellent service well above expectations. This is the friendliest hotel that we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Although the room was small it was all we wanted and the position is great 2 mind from MRT.

There are a pool and laundry machines. The metro station Bencoolen is just next door, Bras Basah is around the corner. With both stations you can basically reach all corners of the island in 30 - 40 minutes. Downtown and Marina Bay are only 20 minutes away door to door. A lot of Hawker Centers around, the Bugis mall is a 15 walk away. Daily cleaning and towel service. Staff at the reception always tries to help, is friendly and make your stay as comfortable and great as possible.

The cleaning crew needs to clean more thoroughly. The hallway in the upper floors was not completely clean, the rooms were superficially cleaned (dust on the furniture). The rooms are small so for a long stay (1 week +) not too ideal but those are luxury problems.

MRT station underneath the hotel is perfect! Bus stops nearby too! Such a great hotel in terms of transit accessibility -- that's why I chose this hotel. Good service: helpful staff, with room cleaning daily, replenished water bottles, fresh towels, fresh mats, etc. It's very near convenience stores and the Lazada office hawker Food Dynasty, which we ate at many times. It's somewhat near the Orchard Road stretch of malls, but a short bus ride wouldn't hurt too.

Rooms are kinda small, but enough if it’s really just a place to sleep, because the rest of the day you’re out and about. Room Wi-Fi broke down on our last night but was later resolved.

The staff, Mr Henry was so helpful and friendly. He was so accommodating and even suggested halal vendors/restaurants to go to.

Everything was superb!

Staff was friendly. The location was excellent: literally sitting above Bencoolen MRT station. Rooms were clean with hard floors which I appreciated in Singapore's humid environment. Clean enough to not trigger my dust allergy. Lots of eateries and 7 eleven on the same block. Wifi worked well. No issues with the laundry machines.

Rooms were tight on space: the listed square footage includes the bathroom. A room with 2 twin beds was fine but very tight in the same space for a twin and queen. My understanding is that it's typical of the area at this price point. Pillows easily flattened.

Clean the room and replace with new bathroom products every day

Room TV connection to WIFI is not very smooth
