The room size exceeds my expectation, and the staff was so generous in providing us several bottled water anytime you need.

Great location, nice and very helpful staff, any extras where handled quickly (extra pillows, etc), big an quiet room. Entrance of the hotel is right next to metro station Bencoolen (downtown line), only 10 meters. only few stations to Chinatown, Singapur river, little India, downtown, many shopping malls.

Our room was not renovated yet (as many others are currently being renovated). The room had carpet and typical signs of usage (some mold on the sink‘s silicon). However, the room was very clean.

Location was great, just about 20m from Bencoolen station, which we used a lot.

Beds were firm but that’s Asian for you.

I went to the counter and was greeted with a "Yes?!". No smile! A normal front desk staff will say "How can I help you Sir!". As such I feel the front desk staff need to be send for customer service course. They behave like security guard. The cleaning staff was loitering outside my door most of the time. Maybe they can do it a bit more quietly.

The best attraction of this place is its location - it is right in front of Bencoolen station. The room was spacious and well maintained. We were a group of 5 members and the family room was apt for us. We arrived early but were informed that the room is ready for check in, that was really good since we were tired from travel. There was a lot of storage space also in the wardrobes. Water bottles, Toiletries, milk powder sachets were regularly replenished. We didn't try the food there as there are several other eateries on the same road. Only on a Saturday night did we hear loud music from one the nearby hotels, but it wasn't noisy enough to disturb our sleep. Thanks to the staff for being very helpful! Would definitely consider the same place for my next visit.

This is not a resort-type hotel, rather a down-to-earth, simple yet very functional hotel. The room was tidy and spacious - all that is needed, really. The location is excellent; adjacent to an MRT entrance, and easy walking distance to several food courts, notably Tekka Market in Little India. I had a booking at the hotel for one night, but arrived early in the morning, well before check-in time. And it was raining heavily to add to my situation. I asked the hotel reception if I could leave my bag at the hotel for the morning, but instead was offered early check-in effective immediately: MAGIC!

The premises is just next to bencoolen MRT station. MRT is one of the most efficient transport in Singapore, making this hotel very valuable. Not to mention Fort Canning Park and the national museums are very near, you may spend time over the heritage and stroll across the food streets and mall nearby. Very convenient! Services and facilities in the hotel are alright, but with its price tag, it is a very good deal.

Not everyone may like the fragrance in the room but it doesn’t really matter, everything is in order.

The best is the location and its very clean and the hotel smells very nice even at the hallway. The location is very very good. The MRT is right in front our hotel lobby. buss stop also near by. 7 eleven also very close, not forget the food dynasty (similar with food court) is also just across the street. However it will be great if all the bed is more soft (laugh) but overall is ok as expected!

The bathroom amnesties more complete especially for shampoo and also small towels to wash our face would be perfect!
