1. Excellent location 2. Great amenities 3. Great vibe. 4. Rooms were clean and big enough for two guests. 5. Staff were friendly and helpful.

1. There was an issue with holding the funds in my debit card when checking in, but this was eventually resolved. 2. Our fridge also didn't work (not cold enough), but luckily we didn't use it much. 3. This was out of the hotel's control, but for one of the rooms we booked, they gave us a room with one bed when we selected a two bed room, which made it inconvenient for the two guests who preferred to sleep in separate beds.

breakfast provided several good options. closeness of Singapore River made possible to walk and enjoy riverside and restaurants around it.

there was some renovation on-going on the lobby, so that made it a bit small. also, there was no bar at the hotel, so evening time it was needed to get some experiences outside the hotel

Really large room that was super clean! Large bed, great working space and a very comfy couch. The bathroom was large and clean and had a bathtub! Cleaning staff were super friendly and did a fantastic job each day 🙂 Hotel is close to a few bus stops and 2 MRTs. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

There was no body lotion or hair dryer in the bathroom. The fridge was on the lowest setting until I realised the day after...

Excellent location, in the center of modern architecture, close to major attractions. the song is a clean room, gorgeous soft bathrobes and nice toiletries, snow-white sheets and fresh towels. Everything was great! Recommended!

slight bad smell from the drain on the bathroom floor! Cleaning left slippers of the previous tenants under the bed)!

I feel the hotel is ageing and could take some simple steps to update it colour changes Rooms need to be fitted with changing points for phone and computers

This is a clean and comfortable well run hotel in a good location in Singapore. The room is a good size and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. We only stayed one night but we were pretty happy.

After a long day of walking around and shopping we decided to have a drink on the bar at the hotel. This was unfortunately closed for a private function. Can’t help bad timing I guess. What we did notice was that the front desk staff didn’t seem very engaging. On check out we couldn’t find any and a concierge staff member helped us find someone (even though the hotel had sent a message asking what time we were checking out). The staff that turned up were just like the checkin staff …. Efficient but not the least bit friendly. We are used to that in Australia but not in Singapore.

Location is near two iconic food centers: Maxwell and Lau Pa Sat. Also relatively near to Marina Bay and Vivo City (gateway to Sentosa). However, somehow we feel to reach other parts of Singapore (such as Orchard/Doby Ghaut area) is rather complicated/far due to the availability of MRT routes nearby the hotel.

The check in is rather old style and took a long time. The hotel need to consider having an express line for guests who have registered and just need to pick up the keys. Express check out box would also be helpful. The lifts are not enough for peak hours.

Room was clean and pleasant and clean. Location is excellent as its close to Tanjong Pagar MRT. Staff was able to accommodate me with a laptop to use. The 2 concierge staff were very knowledgeable for services around the vicinity.

There should be a place to use internet facilities like every other hotel. One guest had to use the concierge desk to do her documents which took hours and what happens to the next customer? The shower in the bathroom was not strong enough....maybe the water volume was reduced. Night time its a bit quiet with no nearby food to eat. The concierge head does not where to direct the customers.

The location is great. And also the value for money is amazing. An excellent accommodation for the price they offer.

There were few convenience store which are open 24/7. So you really have to plan on buying stuff within the day. There were some issues with our bathroom which the management were quick to address and sort out somehow. We had an early arrival with our flight so we arrived quite early to the hotel location. Unfortunately, maybe because of the high demand due to the value they provide, early check-ins may not be available all times — it was not available in our case. So we had to wait until the proper check-in hand over to be able to access our room.

One of the lifts had a problem with the doors getting stuck but they were planning to get it fixed so I'm sure its ok now Be careful when ordering an airport taxi due to availability if you need a bigger cab as they are in high demand! Book it as far in advance as you can.
