Location was excellent, nearby 3 MRT stations and many nice restaurants and cafes. Staff were kind, friendly and attentive. Place is quite new so everything is modern and extremely clean, great value for money and would definitely recommend staying.

Our bathroom got clogged very easily but was fixed after a few days, and the staff was very attentive to any needs e.g. extra towels etc. so wasn’t much of an issue.

The location is fantastic, in a wonderful heritage area and close by to both touristy and everyday local areas. A great vibe. We really did like everything about our 4 night stay and will certainly return. Evena was a great ambassador for Singapore!

That we weren’t staying longer!!

The location is in the heart of Chinatown and was easily reachable from the Airport via their MRT system. The room was a great size for a solo traveller (may feel cosy for two people in terms of space) with a comfy double bed and overall clean room. The staff were really nice, taking me to my room and explaining the mechanics of the hotel and allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out. There was a pantry on the ground floor which could be utilised and the room was cleaned everyday (which surprised me as I don’t remember seeing a hanger to prevent this/travelled in Taiwan where cleaning needed to be requested hut was very much welcome). Additionally, there is a great cheescake place my Singapore recommended (queic) just one street away. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Minor issue but to be aware of, the bathroom is a wetroom i.e. the shower is not separated from the toilet so whenever you shower, the whole bathroom most likely will be wet

Location, location...in the heart of Chinatown with 2 food courts in walking distance. Close proximity to the MRT (Outram Road, Maxwell). Good sleeping quality, good wifi, plenty of hot water ☺️ There is a/c and the tea/coffee/bottled water supplies are topped up everyday. I requested a room with a window and got it (#308) - the window couldn't be opened but it was nice to see the world out there! I loved that the door is keyless - I put in my own password for the key. There is a small kitchenette where you can eat takeaway food. Breakfast is not provided, but you can purchase it on-site (Western). Great staff. Wished we had stayed longer! Highly recommended.

I felt that the kitchenette could've been more friendly for guests wanting to eat in. Guests are requested to clean up after themselves, but a washcloth wasn't available to wipe the table down. Even paper towels would've been good. I ended up purchasing a wash cloth of my own! Very few photos for the site - I booked on a leap of faith!

The decoration is minimal but clean and convenient. The room provides sufficient equipment and multiple electrical plugs despite being a compact size. Moreover, USB chargers are so many in the room so don’t worry if you don’t have Singapore plug adapter). The staffs are helpful and friendly. It is closed to convenient store, many various cafes and restaurants that open till late at night. Additionally it is considered quite easy to access the whole Chinatown area and it is only a few train stations if you want to travel to Sentosa.

It is a bit distant from Chinatown MRT station so it is not that convenient especially if you have a big luggage to carry from the airport.

Things I enjoyed about KINN studios: - Clean & modern boutique hotel - Very clean rooms & modern bathroom - Comfortable bed - All toiletries provided (shampoo / toothbrush / slippers) - Great location - major tourist attractions were easy to reach by foot or public transport - Hotel is actually on a great little street with nice bars & restaurant - No noise from outside street - Really friendly staff with smooth check in - we arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage with them

What could have been better: - Very dark room - from my understanding it’s an heritage building so you can’t open windows (which is fine, it’s so hot you probably would not) but light was blocked out as well - meaning the room was quite dark - No breakfast on site available - there’s a partnership with a breakfast spot but it’s a chain with no close shops to the hotel so did not find that very useful - A very loud fire alarm went off at 5am in the morning - it was very scary and disruptive to sleep as it went on for a long time. It turned out to be a mistake, all for the better but it could have been managed better for guests on site (instructions not clear / maybe an apology or note the following morning would have been nice)

Stuff is amazing, helpful, communicative, and polite. The location is excellent if you want to walk around Chinatown and very close to some amazing restaurants. The room was clean, with fresh towels and bottled water every day. You can even refill them for free at a filtered water machine.

There isn’t much space in the room if you are a couple with big suitcases, but that didn’t bother me that much. Also, one more thing: you can’t open the windows (if you even have one), and they are half-blinded, but again, I don’t care about those things as I just sleep and shower in the room.

Efficient check-in, super friendly and helpful staff! The hotel was renovated pretty recent and everything is in good shape. Decent sized, nice and comfy room. Great central location, love the area. There's some nice kopitiams around if you don't want to stay at the hotel for breakfast. For evening time there's plenty of restaurants and bars around. More or less just opposite is 1939 (former Potato Head) which still has one of the coolest and cosy roof bars in town. 5 min walk to mrt, Chinatown markets etc.

Absolutely nothing

We stayed at the hotel within around 3 weeks after its opening so everything was brand new. Rooms are nice, amenities are ok, staff helpful and very polite. Lobby is clean and relaxing. Location is fantastic - there are 3 MRT lines at the nearby station, 3 different hawkers just around the corner, one of the best restaurants and cafes nearby too. This was my 4th visit to Singapore and this hotel really is the best I've been in at that price point. Value for money is 11/10 easily.

Nitpicking - lack of hanger or shelf in the bathroom for your towel, but that's about it.
