Location was great! Perfect for getting around. Loved being in the centre of Chinatown.

Room was a little small but it was ok because really all i did was sleep there. And I expected the space to be small anyway with space being a premium in Singapore.

Location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Chinatown and near other tourist spots. From Changi airport, we took the EW line to Outram Park station and walked to Exit 4 - very near and convenient. Place was near several train stations - Outram, Chinatown and Maxwell. Read feedback that it gets noisy at night, but didn't find it noisy at all. TV was android so was able to watch Youtube and search Google. Bathroom was small but was as presented in the site so no complaints. Bed was a bit uncomfortable as I found it a bit too soft, but was still able to sleep well.

On the third day, I lost my wifi access - tried to ask for help from the front desk, but they were unable to solve the problem. I think my access was accidentally blocked by the hotel because when I got to the airport the next day, I was able to easily connect to the wifi of Changi. So obviously there was no problem with my phone.

Good location, Friendly, helpful staff.

Price

- Overall ok, price was sort of reasonable compared with other properties nearby. - Located in a popular, touristy spot. Near Shake shack Chinatown and other popular touristy places. - Very easy to connect to other places as it's very near MRT

- The room was quite small, but understandable for a property in Singapore. - Bathroom is particularly small, with a glass as a wall, not suitable to stay with a friend

Rooms cleaned daily, friendly and very helpful staff, walking distance to many places or MRT stations. Good shower, good bed, good Air-con. 4th It's a budget room in an old building, special that you can feel a tiny part of local history. Not for those who prefer modern places.

Warm welcome from all front desk staff and especially for Susan, who is so considerate and kind and when I check out got another call Fanny was helped for transport queries.

The setting of bathroom a bit awkward because the basins was next of the bed

I liked how near the hotel is to all sorts of attractions, bus stops, and MRT stations. It was so easy to get around Singapore and see all the main tourist spots because we were near everything. The lady at the front desk was also friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick and straightforward.

Disappointed that the shower's hot water stopped working. The space is also quite cramp, but we were honestly not fussed about that because we go outside for majority of the day and just come back to the hotel to sleep and shower. It was comfortable and clean enough for us.

everything is amazing! the rooms are so comfy despite it being small.. i don’t mind the rooms being small because it’s already expected.. it’s so comfy and the staffs are so friendly.. i had a good sleep there after a long day.. the location is very convenient as well so no complains and will definitely come back here again! already starting to miss the hotel haha

The lighting couldn’t be controlled from the bedside switches. I wasn’t really sure why the washbasin was outside the bathroom

Position is super, close to central metro station on airport line. Very close to animated Chinatown as well... Structure is basical and non cheap for what offers but for Singapore is convenient. Nice staff.

Room is small but for Singapore is ok.
