Studio M hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in Singapore. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the city's top attractions and entertainment areas. The breakfast is decent, with a good selection of options to choose from. While the room may be in need of refurbishing soon, it is still comfortable and well-equipped. The bed is cozy, and the amenities are great, ensuring a relaxing stay.

One downside is that the check-in process can be lengthy, which can be frustrating after a long flight. However, the attentive and friendly staff make up for any inconvenience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall.

Location is excellent with the Riverside walk a great energy-release spot for the kids. Housekeeping staff on Level 7 on June 25 was very helpful and responsive to our needs, kudos to him.

On June 26, my kid spilt water on the bed and I asked for housekeeping through the front desk (because the phone was ringing for more than 5 minutes without any reply) to change the bedsheet at about 11am. We went out for a couple of hours and returned at about 3pm, unfortunately, the bedsheet did not look like it was changed.

Centrally placed on the wharves and close to the many restaurants and bars. A short walk to China town and a quick ride to pretty much anywhere. The loft rooms are just great, so much space. This time I had an office (upstairs) with a bed downstairs as opposed to the bedroom upstairs and a living area and desk downstairs. Just fabulous, will be back in SGP in a week or so and stay there for sure. Buffet breakfast great standard all you can eat, Asian, European and ‘English Breakfast’

Not a thing!

The height of the loft was pleasantly nice. Furthermore, I really found the attitude of the chambermaids very positive, they were very thoughtful and helpful. Lastly, i found the whole loft living experience to be alot better than I thought. Thanks.

The room need a mini-microwave if it is possible. I like to warm up some of the leftover foods from surrounding restaurant and breads. The keycard to slot into the lift does not work well everytime and it can be frustrating.

The view and the loft is amazing. Walking distance to tourist spots and eateries. Awesome change from the normal hotel room layout. Very intimate.

Bidet. There’s traces of bidet in the toilet but seems like it was removed. The card access is not functioning smoothly in the lifts and room door. And not enough elevators to accommodate guest adequately. Front desk staff is “ok” but a short refresher course on service will do them well. Daybed is not comfy to sit and lounge on as it keeps sliding to open when sat upon.

I have booked for 3 person for 1 room but unfortunately no bed for my kid end up we squeeze together

The whole stay was fantastic. Good location, fantastic rooms, delicious breakfast, very clean, and great customer service from reception staff. And, a great price!

The only thing that could need improvement is seating available during the buffet breakfast period. Limited Tables available during breakfast. Tables filled fast, and not much is available for 3+ people needing to sit together.

Memo Cafe for breakfast was sensational with a large range of great breakfast food and staff who remembered your name BUT.....Reception staff seemed very stressed and even my daughter noticed, very few staff had a smile on their faces when we approached the Front Desk.

A woman who said her name was Mel picked up the reception phone the night before we checked in and said Bathrobes were standard in every room. Outright lie ! No bathrobes to be seen anywhere so that was disappointing. Wish no one had to lie to us to make us stay ? Later Reception told me there was no such person called Mel ever on Reception Staff ????

We liked the location, Robertson Quay is a great place, good food and drinks. It was helpful to have the option of a complimentary parking space (if available not possible to book). There is a good cafe next door to the reception which is very useful for snacks/breakfast. We had a studio loft so the bed was on the entrance floor with a spacious landing area with desk area and sofa bed up some stairs. This wasn't so convenient for us as we had a lot of luggage which we couldn't take up the stairs, but perfect for a weekend in Singapore. Very clean and comfortable.
