The location of the hotel was very good. It's near Orchard Road but on a quiet street. The room was large and comfortable. The ensuite had a bath and separate shower. There was a glass screen so could be seen from the room, but if that's too public you can pull a screen down! Toiletries were included. The price included breakfast and also 2 free drinks and canapes every evening. There was also free tea, coffee and soft drinks on the 1st floor. The pool on the 12th floor is a lovely way to cool down after a humid day sightseeing. There's also a gym but we didn't use it. The staff were very friendly and obliging. We arrived very late the first day so missed the canapes and drinks but we had a very late flight on our last night do they let us have them then instead. They also conjured up some vegetarian canapes for us in place of the meat and fish based ones. And we were able to have a shower before we left.

The a la carte breakfast was a bit disorganised but the hotel is planning to revert back to buffet style breakfasts which should improve this process.

This hotel caters well to westerners guests as we like to sleep in and just relax while traveling and staying in hotels. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from all the happenings, just a few minutes walking distance from Paragon Mall and all the shopping/ food places as well as the hospital (Mount Elizabeth) just incase you need it. Love the breakfast until 3pm, it’s the 1st hotel we stayed in that has this, every hotel should be doing this. Love the snacks area and daily Happy Hour 6-8. Bed was comfortable, bathroom nicely opens to the bedroom makes the room seems larger. They did a pretty decoration for our honeymoon. Friendly staff throughout hotel from check in counter to restaurant to housekeeping. We like the rooftop pool with a nice view if it’s not too crowded. Steam room and sauna a plus, just wish it opens 24/7. Overall, great experience.

We wish this hotel has room service or a restaurant that opens for dinner and a bar since we got hungry around 9pm and couldn’t find food. Also, the gym could use more weights and better equipments as we work out everyday and it was hard to do workout with all the useless equipments there.

This is my second stay since 2019. Although some changes have been introduced (no buffet breakfast, light dinner replaced with evening canapes), overall services and facilities are amazing and definitely best value for money in Singapore! Breakfast and evening pastries were delicious, nice complimentary all day snacks and drinks available 24/7. But what nakes this hotel truelly exceptional - is the staff, always attentive, welcome and willing to assist any tine! Thank you for a pleasant stay! BTW, location is also convenient being next to Orchard road and MRT.

Everything!! One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Design and luxury throughout with a very personal touch. Super-friendly, professional and well informed staff. Wonderful breakfast and delicious canapés included in the price. Great infinity pool in 12th floor which is big enough for a proper swim, plus decent gym. Large, quiet, comfortable bedrooms - even with a choice of pillows. convenient for MRT

I loved everything! 10 minute walk from the nearest MRT (orchard) might be a negative for some people, but it’s easy to manage and you can get a taxi to and from airport

2nd time staying here. Hotel may be alittle dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are all friendly and attentive. Gym and pool and lounge access available 24hours. Sheltered pool on the 12th floor comes in useful on a wet and rainy day.

Tv in room seems old and many of the channels have poor connections. Perhaps the 24hour lounge access could have a little more variety in terms of choice of snacks.

Located in the Orchard area this property has quite a bit to offer: free snacks (fruit, popcorn and crisps), free drinks @ happy hour (wine, beer & mocktails), decent breakfast and unlimited coffee/tea/cold soft drinks (coke, Coke Zero, tonic water, sprite and soda water). The room was a good size with comfortable firm mattresses. The window had a blackout blind allowing a restful daytime nap. The bathroom was good and while there’s a see through glass wall, there is a blind that comes all the way down for full privacy. Check in staff were excellent. About 15 min to Somerset station and to Newton Hawker Market. Would definitely stay again.

I’d have given 10/10 if it weren’t for the shower which leaks onto the bathroom floor and the broken toilet seat. Breakfast staff were a bit run off their feet as they bring you breakfast to your seat. My partner’s breakfast was delayed due to this. A buffet would resolve that. But overall these were minor. If you don’t mind being slightly away from the main road then this place it great.if you hate walking then this might be a bit too far from the action.

Breakfast was ala carte and there are few choices to options to order and it did not take long to deliver it. Probably much better than the buffet I was thinking hotels do.

We just had an overnight stay to cut the long trip from Paris as completion of the Europe tour we had - could not think of anything I did not like in the hotel.i

the rooms are as pictured clean and modern. Quincy gives you a full free cooked breakfast with sides and a free cocktail and cheese platter in the evening. there is also snacks and soft drink you can grab throughout the day. the gym is modern and clean with new equipment. whole stay was amazing value for money. it is a 5 minute walk from orchard road. the staff were AMAZING everyone was so kind and friendly they went out of their way to help me. I will definitely be back the hospitality was the best I have experienced in Singapore. great hotel.
