Hotel has very posh interior design/decor, the lounge area and restaurant setting had great ambience and decor, food at breakfast was superb. Rooms are clean and newly refurbished, bathrooms are very clean.

Toilets in room have no washer/bidet. Surprised to find that Pullman did not install these in the bathrooms.

Excellent location, close to f&b and shopping and public transportation. Room though small is well-equipped and the bed is super comfy. There’s even plumbed drinkable filtered-water.

Night light in the room should be (re)labelled as reading or bedside light. The need to change lift on fourth floor is a tad inconvenient but we can see why they had to do it. Having the pool next to the brekky room is also a little odd.

The breakfast spread was great! And the breakfast hall itself was beautiful. The staff were super nice and accommodating considering that we had a baby with us. The pool could have been bigger but our baby certainly enjoyed it especially the giant duck floaty. The location was unbeatable, right at orchard road, near somerset station (and orchard station too but that's a few more steps away).

The reception was overly crowded and for some reason had less staff which took hours for us to check in. During our check out we had to wait for more than 2 hours for our bags to be carried downstairs. So please increase your staff on rush hours rather than being short staffed.

From moment I walked in to check in there was an exceptional staff that checked me in. I’ve traveled lots last year and been so many places but Aexäs staff member went out of the way to help I was actually very exhausted, prior I was in Hilton great customer service but here in Pullman I got that professional service by Aexäs that will definitely have me remember my stay at Pullman and recommend and return. Customer service goes well beyond in this hotel everyone was so polite but especially highly professional staff that helped with organising so many things. I felt cosy and welcomed. Thank you Pullman for having an excellent customer service that steps out to be proactive

The location was good. Friendly staff. Theres a Mosque just next to the hotel. Great grab halal food options. Nice view. And quiet. Overpriced but okay. Enjoyed my stay. Swimming pool was fun. Not as big as pic. But nice.

The hotel DOESNT SERVE HALAL CERTIFIED FOOD. At night theres no grab options, so had to buy snacks for the night. Pillow stinked like pringle potato chips when we checked in. Have to take TWO lifts just to go to the rooms. And also for swimming.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I really liked it because the place is really convenient to go shopping and I really enjoyed my the six days that I stayed in Singapore and the hotel. The customer service was really good and the staff was really friendly and helpful. If I go to Singapore again I will choose the hotel:)

My room only had one chair but if they got two chair in the room it would have been better. Thank you

The room was excellent. We were allowed early check-in and the staff were very accommodating. The location is perfect for shopping in Orchard Road and is right next to Somerset MRT for easy travel. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Accessible in the central of Orchard belt, with many food choices and shopping. Staff at concierge and phone desk helpline and housekeeping were approachable , prompt and helpful, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks for the complimentary cake and fruits to brighten up my day for the birthday celebration , really appreciate the kind gesture.
