Pool and breakfast Room was clean and good size bus to other hotel saved walking all the way

the location wasn’t as central as I thought but there was a regular bus provided by the hotel to other Novotel that was near Orchid Road. Though I would stay here again.

Frome the moment I arrived in the taxi to when i left, i was pleased and very satisfied at the level of service provided by the staff. Especially when I checked in Dash was very helpful assisting me at reception with arranging my room. Charlie was great in bringing my bags to my room on level 7 Room 729. Loved the view and the room was very clean, view perfect, bathroom hygienic, loved the comfortable bed. After flying for 14 hours from Europe and very jet-lagged, i slept so well and woke up refreshed ready to explore the beautiful city of Singapore. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a tasty mix of local and European dishes. Lunch was tasty. On checking out, Sofie was very helpful. The level of customer care and service provided by Sofie was simply outstanding.

There was nothing i did not like :-). Novotel on Stevens was the best choice for me to stay at and I already have plans to bring my family to Singapore for our vacation and intend to stay at this hotel.

The staff was was so very helpful and genuine in their care and concern for our comfort. Abel was the first to greet us and he made us feel so welcome and appreciated! We had to extend our stay and Ruffa couldn’t have been more helpful with helping us with the extension. Then during our stay I lost my phone and Ruffa was on it immediately, I got my phone back in less than 30 mins. The housekeeping staff were always available for anything we needed. We couldn’t be happier. We had a worry free and relaxing stay, just what we were hoping for.

The food could have been better.

Nice room, with plenty of space for the luggages. The staff was friendly and welcoming: one of the receptionists was very available and helped me when I did not have cash to pay the taxi I used to get to the hotel from the airport (I thought I could pay with my card).

The location is not the best. If you like to walk then there is plenty of things to visit (for example, the shopping district) if you walk 20 minutes or so, but there is not much within a 15 minutes walk.

The unfortunate finish was we missed our checkout and Novotel tried to charge us initially $800 for extra night, then dropped to $550 and we had just paid $360 a night for 4 nights. what made it worse was we were dealing with the manager and she refused to accept any blame for Novotel not chasing us to check out on the right day. if Novotel had just said we will let you stay another night at the rate you have just paid, and our room was still vacant, we would have said thanks very much. Instead we left in a huff and booked a motel for $142 near the airport. Shame that a lack of good customer service, at a time where we had now missed our international flight etc, caused such a bad taste when the venue was excellent

The room was alright, location i a bit far away from shopping mall at walking distance but there is a bus shuttle so it's ok. Breakfast was as per standard but no muesli or equal available on table or in the room.

I come from Thailand and in most 4-5 stars hotels, Equal sweeteners and condiments are displayed and available at the BF buffet stations: Les and perrins, HP sauce, Tabasco sauce, etc... Also the Jam selection needs to improve a little bit, there was o Strawberry option.

The staff was so welcoming, helpful, supportive and gracious. My sons and I felt so safe, it was so peaceful, the people were great. My kids had fun and enjoyed the days with us. Overall, it was such a positive experience. We can't wait to book with Novotel again and being part of the Accor group, we expected all would be done with great quality. It was truly a fantastic time spent in Singapore. Thank you.

The room was okay, well and modern deco nice furnishing and lighting

For the breakfast buffet i would rate 6/10, theres nothing much for the buffet spread to choose from It was just fair and simple For the room itself there is some defects on the bathroom sliding door & as well as one of the lighting is faulty. And we encounter bath room floor water drainage clogged, water didnt manage to flow down quick while we are having shower

It's always a pleasure staying at Novotel. The front desk manager, Lance, is exceptional. Novotel's staff are welcoming, friendly and polite. I have stayed here multiple times and the quality of service is consistent and amazing. It makes me feel at home and be comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is super comfortable. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job in cleaning the room and they are so polite. They have a nice outdoor swimming pool, nothing fancy but just to chill and enjoy the view of Singapore's town. I love their breakfast. They really do go all-out for their spread. Location of the hotel is perfect. It is a secluded yet very close to Orchard, Dhoby Ghaut and Bugis. Moreover, they have an Italian restaurant, a western restaurant and a 7-11 right outside of the hotel. When you look at the price and the benefits of the hotel, it is completely worth it.

Great breakfast selection and freshly ground coffee is exceptional. Staff were helpful and warm.

Facilities need attention. Paint falling off the ceiling in the breakfast restaurant, lights on pool not working, broken tiles, hand soap not replenished,
