All the staff were exceptional! A special mention about Jeff the assistant manager for making our stay extra special and giving us exceptional service. Also, a special mention to Mike, Ivy, Saki & Lauren at the restaurant for making each morning a great experience and for always looking after us, our boy Vince loved spending the time with you as well. Also, thank you to Joey at the fitness centre for her friendly service and showing us around the facilities.

Water out of the waterbottles they provided didn't taste great. No opening windows into the rooms so no fresh air

Overall everything at the Grand Hyatt was great. The staff were very helpful especially Reception who provided efficient service when we enquired about the parking facility. They gave us clarity and issued a parking ticket to enable our daughter to visit us. The various food served at breakfast was delicious and was very happy with the quality. Our room was cleaned by a very friendly and caring lady from China who ensured it was top quality each day. Please thank them all for their fantastic and wonderful service and we would come again in the future.

I was a little disappointed when Reception called me @ 6.00 p.m. to vacate the room. We extended the room for a Late Check out @ 6.00 p.m. and I would not expect the hotel to call at that time. I endeavoured to call your concierge to collected my baggage for checkout prior to 6 pm however no one responded and we had to personally call for concierge service by going down to the ground floor for assistance.

What we like was the Room! if you are traveling as a family - 2 adults 1 teenage boy and 1 kid... Grand Hyatt is the perfect hotel for you. Not only that the room was perfect size etc, but the staff was absolutely friendly and acommodating. and their response time is fast!. We would definitely come and stay here again. Thank you so much for everything. even though we didn't get to use the other facilities as they were upgrading - which was ok as we weren't at the hotel much anyway.... we still had a good time there.. and the breakfast was amazing.

when i booked the hotel it was for 3 adults and 1 child, for the breakfast.. during checking in the receptionist told me we would have breakfast and didnt mention we would need to pay... but then there was confusion at the breakfast entrance counter whereby both days two different people would say i would need to pay and when i have asked them to check... i didnt need to pay... its just weird that there was no communication or a communication breakdown. As a customer - when we pay we expect everything to be smooth and fine... so when theres an issue, it was kinda weird how it wasnt highlighted upon check in...

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Also, the room looked 80-90% like what the website shows, so it is good as it allows me to carry out the planned activities that I had during my stay. Last but not least, the check-in and check-out process were efficient.

Probably just the furniture inside the room. Understand that it is kind of difficult to replace the furniture but they do look old with much wear and tear. With grand hyatt's name being quite held highly, I feel that this is the only portion which could be improved.

We arrived two days before the hotel closed for renovations - which we knew about. It was an early arrival from London, so we were prepared to wait till our twin club room was ready. Then the hotel said we were being upgraded to Room 1741. It was magnificent! ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be passing through Singapore again in May and hope you will be ready for us! If not, we will be back again in August. Thank you all so very much. The rooms are clean and well designed. Check-in & check-out are hassle free with multiple counters. In-house carpark are aplenty. Well managed security at lobby for pedestrians and vehicles even though this hotel is along one of the busiest street walking area.

Most of the rooms do not provide interesting views. Hotel price and food price are rather high notwithstanding the premium location. There are of course plenty of nearby outlets for more economical options.

Our home was undergoing major renovation. We turned to hotel stay to get away from the dirt and dust and noise. We decided on Grand Hyatt due to close proximity of bus services for us to go back and forth to our home during the 4 days and for our peace of mind reting at night. After great help from the check-in personnel and much calculations and deliberation, we decided to upgrade to family room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the room facilities were working well. Considerate thought by the hotel to provide bidet and in both the toilets. Madam Swee Han did a great housekeeping everyday. On our last morning of our stay, we treated ourselves with the popular breakfast buffet at Straits Kitchen. All the staffs are polite and helpful. Thank you for making me and my family hotel stay an enjoyable one. We will certainly recommend Grand Hyatt Singapore to our friends and family. Hope to go back there soon.

Nothing not to like

The design, the size of the room and the service. Oh ya and the state of the art wc with sophisticated bidet just like hotels in Japan have. Absolutely love it.
