This location was more then I could have expected for a birthday trip with my best friend. At first was worried about being able to do a tour and was assured by message I could book everything at the front desk. when I arrived the exceptional help of the lovely staff of Hilroy, Gavin & George who was around to assist at my every need made the same that much more relaxing. Highly Recommend.

Only thing that would’ve be nice even with the surreal nature is the possibility of a tv in the room even if for local news but that’s just my taste other then that it’s been the best n not last time I make a stay at this location.

Excellent staff and facilities, they were all very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was, also it was nice and quiet, truly relaxing. Also, sometimes air conditioning can be a gamble when you travel to anywhere tropical. The air conditioning worked perfectly keeping us comfortable when needed. My breakfast - scrambled eggs with bell peppers - was cooked perfectly. Also, I do recommend the sunset catamaran cruise - it was a wonderful end to the day and the fresh caught bbq'd fish on the boat (side salad and mashed potatoes) was delicious!

stunning boutique hotel on the cliff with fabulous views of the countryside and the sea. the hotel is very small giving it a very intimate/ exclusive vibe. staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. we didn’t want to leave! don’t be put off by the slightly odd photos of the couple on the website - this place is amazing

it can take a while to get places from here, which is the trade off for being in such a beautiful location

A friendly, professional staff - courteous and attentive. The service is exceptional. The breakfasts and dinners were very tasty. The open-air dining area is relaxing and creates a great atmosphere for guest camaraderie. The suites were fabulous!

A bigger variety of offerings on the menu. Wifi in the room never did work during our stay.

Gorgeous view, fantastic apartment, so private and calm, the pool is amazing, the staff was attentive and kind. Homey feeling without losing the luxury experience.

Food is expensive but good. Infinity pool is nice.

A housekeeper come knot on the door 30 minutes before the check out time to tell us “it’s time to go.” Very unprofessional and rude. This never happened to us before. Most of the staff however are nice. Beware the location is very isolated. Our drive to find Tet Rouge was an adventure and scary at times because of the terrible road condition.
