The size of the rooms was incredible. Very spacious rooms and halls.It was perfectly clean. Breakfast was tasty and had everything one would want.

Having only a jacuzzi and not also a shower was not great. It was not accessible for elderly people. The wifi was poor. The breakfast could be better - soups and lattes were not included. I had to buy them separately. All that was included in our previous hotel in Medina, Crown Plaza.

The hotel is close to the airport, and it has its own parking space in a basement. They have Starbucks service on the spot which was an extra for me, and the hospitality is nice.

Not much negativity I can give this place, I had minor notes with the ramadan breakfast but I've gave them it to be aware of it and solve it.

It is a good hotel with quiet rooms, most of them with nice views over Jeddah. There is all the comfort in your room like a fridge and tea/coffee-facilities. Breakfast is good too, on the 12th floor.

Not everybody of the staff reception speaks English very well; however, the English of the female ladies and the bellboys (Indian? Pakistan? Sri Lankan?) is very good. The location of the hotel is very far from the center! As the hotel staff had no town map and the public traffic (buses) is almost non-exisent, in Jeddah you can only see the historic centre of town and other sights by taxi.

I am not sure what star is this hotel, but I am going to give it a 5 star (*****) rating. From the reception to the rooms to the interior decoration, everything is just amazing. The rooms are bigger than most hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect for my purpose of stay. Not far from the airport and not too far from the city centre as well. I think I get more than what I've paid for.

Second stay at Irridiun with the first being before covid and satisfying to note that service and quality had only improved since. Big sized room, clean with all the amenities you would need and some extra ones that make your life simpler. Room wasclean, fully equipped, and very comfortable.

Nothing, everything was superb. We booked a room for two but one of the bathroom towels was in somewhat bad condition so they give a replaced one immediately..

The staff were lovely Easy check-in Breakfast is nice although a little variation is needed Rooms are large and clean, plenty of storage for belongings.

The water was cold coming from hot water tap. Maintenance was called many times however they were unable to solve the issue. As a result, taking a shower was not satisfying. Phone in room wouldn't connect to reception or housekeeping.
