My recent stay at the Marlo Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They upgraded my room to Suit for free. The room itself was immaculate, with modern furnishings and luxurious amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic night's sleep each evening. The attention to detail in the room's design truly impressed me, from the stylish decor to the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries. One of the highlights of my experience was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast was exceptional, with a diverse menu featuring both local specialties and international cuisine. Their head chef was very polite and always suggesting to try out main dishes. The guy Marwan and his team was outstanding in dealing with the guests and very helpful. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. Their housekeeping team was also very good specially the guy Javaid along with his Pakistani colleagues. Overall, I can't recommend the Marlo Hotel highly enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an unparalleled experience that combines luxury, comfort, and hospitality. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.

They have some issues with WiFi but it was manageable.

My experience was excellent. From the convenient location to the comfortable accommodations and excellent service. I would recommend it to any business traveler looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Some receptionists had limited English proficiency, especially the ladies. However, the gentleman Malik was a life saver and so professional and polite.

The hotel is really at the level of 4 stars. The probabty is new, and it have very high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Many thanks for the hotel staff, especially Miss Saja and Norah at the front desk.

The staff was very friendly especially Mr Marwan at the breakfast table was so supportive.....best employee of the hotel.

Privacy and cleanliness

Amazing simple hotel In a quite area , breakfast was simple and fresh. Staff was warm and welcoming. The area had supermarkets and restaurants all around. Room was spacious and clean, the beds were nice and big. Lovely pool , and kids area was wonderful touch.
