This place was amazing. I felt like a king, it had a pool, jacuzzi, gym, massage tables, sauna, laundry, room service, cafe, pretty much everything. There is a grocery store practically next door and a bookstore with electronics so it's a good place for a long stay or short. It smells marvelous throughout the building and the Quran is playing thoughout the halls.

The food I ordered from the restaurant was okay. At breakfast I told the manager I had to get my card from my room to pay. He proceeded to follow me out of the dining room as if I would try to walk out on a breakfast meal. Felt a little unprofessional and was highly embarrasing. Would have been nice if they could just charge it to my room like most other hotels I have been to. The staff was good but could have been better

Customer service and communications as I've tried for weeks to arrange them a room for wedding night, but they gave me wahtsapp of the girl and she have her personal photos on and saw my messages but never responded back to my messages and in the end nothing happened. The guy at the reception was trying to upgrade my room but asked to give him cash so he won't charge for room upgrade - won't expect this kind of service from a big hotel so shocking, all I can say!

The room was big and comfortable.. breakfast was an exception 😋 . We extended with a good price despite the fact that it was 30 euros more on the website. We got a late checkout with no extra fees.

Poor maintenance..the safe needed batteries we got it replaced after a couple of calls. The men swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 3 days..the TV channels weren't working for 3 days. There are not enough towels, and they ignored our requests. Bathroom ware were only for one person.

The hotel was super clean and grand looking. All the facilities were working properly. The staff were helpful and well mannered especially Ms Alya. She offered us a room with a jacuzzi because ours was not immediately ready. Good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing

Huge room with comfortable bed and furniture. room looked exactly like the pics and felt opulent. the restaurant had a nice view of the city. there is a small pool and it was kind of fun to explore the various floors of the hotel. Some of the facilities were closed but we were there for a stopover in Jeddah so didnt really matter. the hotel was excellent value for money, although it was a bit away from the main city areas and you will either need a car or taxi to reach the happening spots. under ground parking was available for a small fee and was secure.

reception staff should speak english. Also the reservation via booking.com did not reach them so it was quite a struggle to get the room when arriving late night. room service not available after 11pm.

Rooms are spacious. Bathroom are also great.

Restaurant capacity and breakfast menu. Menu are only middle eastern food and variety isnt much, too few tables during busy days also they dont refill the food other than boiled eggs despite I came 1.5 hours before breakfast ended

Friendly reception staff, sensible breakfast times with a well set out buffet. Rooms were a good size and lift access was easy with at least four lifts. The free WiFi was very fast.

One of the security guards was overzealous demanding to see the room access card. This was not typical behaviour compared with the rest of the staff. The refrigerator was smaller than ideal.

The hotel was very clean, Room area is Super, facility is very good, the Receptionist wer helpful during the check in & out. I appreciate the Hotel management for there controling there Business.

The Breakfast cost is 70 SR for each person which is very high comparing to the breakfast menu.
