The hotel is well located for a short walk to the haram and the ladies section. The staff were all great. We were arriving very late and informed them so we had no issues on arrival. Our Room was ready and we were attached to a suite so had some extra space..Muslim and Abdur Razaq were the cleaners on our floor and they were always willing to clean at times that were convenient for us and give us clean towels etc when needed. There are 8 lifts and we rarely had to wait for a lift so that is great escalator experience

We checked in so late on day one that we missed breakfast (we only arrived at 10:30) so would've been great if they could've allowed us to check out beyond 14:00( although that is a late check out). Also we requested for suhoor on Monday and they could not bring anything to the room even though we paid for breakfast incl.... it would've been nice if they could've brought something to the room for suhoor as we paid for 2 breakfasts that in the end we didn't use

Location, staff, and hotel is very clean

Some services wifi internet is not working at all and you need to request iron and they give you iron for only 30 mins

We were given 2 interconnecting rooms as we travelled as a family with 4 children. The hotel is within a walking distance to the Masjid An Nabawi. Good location surrounded by shops selling all sort of things you typically seek when in Madinah. Breakfast was fair with good range of choices, although some day to day variety can be improved.

Erratic wifi signal and speed. The A/C in 1 of our rooms appear unstable as the temperature sometimes raised spontaneously (it was a centralized A/C system which you control using a digital control panel). Extremely busy traffic in front of the hotel lead to a lot of noise - although this is not the hotel's fault, obviously. The over-eager room service personnel..!

Great incoming service from the start, any request was responded to and met almost immediately. Clean. Smells great. Excellent

The hotel had no smoking signs and we chose non smoking rooms, but the minute there were neighbour's they were smoking and it was choking up our room even. No smoking needs to remain no smoking. The hotel smelled great but the smoke of that visitors were entering the passages and rooms.

The receptionist Mr.Turki is way beyound with extra help. Excellent english and very rare Saudi male in this position with always smiling face. and happy to assist. All male receptionist are well trained than other hotels that I used to stay. Daily cleaning crew does good job and I forget the young Bangladeshi boy who is friendly and on time.. Good loction for ladies and money changer is at back of the hotel with good rate (Near the under pass bridge)

The room are not fully clean. Old furnitures and lots of dust on corner and head board aarea. When I mention to cleaning supervisor, he offered to deep cleaning immidiately, but, it was too late for us that we are about to leave next day. It will be nice if there is micro wave to warm up some food. I was refused to use at their food serving area by Mr. Raju (food sup ?). He said that it was hotel policy not to assist outside food for warming up. Pls review your hotel policy and assist for visitors who may need sometimes for emergency use of microwave

Check-in was absolutely effortless, the Saudi manager who checked us in, I apologise for forgetting his name, spoke very good English and was very polite and welcoming. He was quick to act upon any requests. Fantastic choice of foods for breakfast with good amount of dining space that was kept very clean and tidy. Our room was a little small, hence 9/10 but had all the amenities and cleaned daily. The hotel is located no more than 5 minutes walk from the northern gates of the masjid. I have already booked a week in February 2023 at this hotel. Excellent value for money.

Room for three occupants was a little small.

The location! The women's entrance was just a few mins walk wnd there were a ton of small shops and food places in close proximity. The front desk staff were extremely nice and let us extend our check out time with no questions asked. Room service was efficient and always present to stock products The breakfast was great and had different options almost every day. Wifi connection was strong on all floors Overall, it was a wonderful 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!

The bathroom shower leaked, needed to place towels outside the door to absorb it all. That is the only thing that needs to be addressed by hotel management.

Having stayed at the the Ruve in November 2022 and impressed with its location (proximity to the Haram), its most comfortable accommodation, and the delicious breakfast, we decided to book again for our 8-night stay. And boy, we were not disappointed. The standards have gone up a notch or two. The breakfast was delicious with some scrumptious hot offerings on the menu that changed from one day to the next. The staff were attentive and made our daily breakfast a pleasure indeed. Although all the staff were effective and efficient, we must single out Kholud for pleasant disposition and demeanour, and for arranging a late checkout on the day of departure. Among the housekeeping staff, Abdul Razack gave us very good service, ensuring our room was made up timeously and we had all the necessary supplies.

Nothing much to complain about

Very spacious and clean room. Surprised you only placed this as 3 star, I would think it was on par with at least 4 or even 5 star. Rooms were clean and food was very nice. Good electrics working the lights, curtains, etc. Very good location, right near the women's entrance.

Bathroom perhaps key to 5 star, it leaked water whenever having a shower. That should be fixed.

The location is the key. It’s a traditional Saudi hotel , the decore is very local and not like western style lobby , which is good to see as you are in Saudi. The room was clean very very comfortable , lifts were always available , food was excellent with huge variety . No complaints . It’s literally 7 min from the women section , for people with bladder problem definetly stay here as it would take less time to go back to your room then the toilet ques.
