Overall we had an excellent stay. Staff were amazing, breakfast was good with a variety of options. Location was perfect. Check in was a breeze and was done within a few minutes. Special thanks to the lovely Bayan who welcomed us and assisted with check-in. Checkout was sorted in less than a minute.

The room is old and the bathroom could definitely do with renovation. But the hospitality, service and location definitely covers up for this.

The service has improved tremendously. The receptionist Amar and Bayan were very helpful. I salute them on their customer service. They went out of their way to meet my request. Even the manager Mr Muhammed was so kind and smiling much better than the previous Egyptian manager. I had a very good room and I was happy that there wasn't much dust.

The breakfast was poor standard. The cakes were stale.

This was my best stay at leader muna Kareem. The receptionist Miss Amar Nasser was so helpful - she did her best to accommodate all my needs and was always so sweet. The room was the best room that I ever had in this hotel.

super easy location Yummy breakfast very Kind staff specially Yazan at the check in compfy beds, clean room and maintained facilities they offered wheelchair for free surely i stayed there many years with same good experience a before and i will come back soon. thanks for the perfect stay.

Breakfast was awesome. A huge variety of food and excellent taste and quality. Car parking was available in hotel immediately at arrival.

1- The water tap in the washroom was not good. It was very water splashing. Should be replaced/updated. 2- Curtains should be replaced. They were worn out and dirty.

The check in process was excellent, even though I came at 12pm managed to get the room available. Very helpful staff. breakfast included in the package. The location of the hotel is very near to the Mosque entrance especially for women. parking is available at the hotel.

The breakfast is not the best but still okay and have varieties, Arabian. The parking space is very small and need to be careful and very limited.

The hotel is located near to Haram. It's neat and clean. The rooms are neat and clean as well, washroom are very well maintaned. They also have tasty breakfast. The WiFi is there as well. The hotel is very beautiful from inside and well maintened. They provide you with parking as well but it's very tight and you need to be a good driver to navigate vehicle inside the parking.

Basic toiletries like dental kit, comb and slippers were not present in the room. Although, they give, once you ask. Nothing else I could think of.

Nice looking hotel close to female entrance to masjid Rooms bit dated but well maintained . Reception Staff pleasant and caring even when busy
