The most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed . The manager Geoff is so helpful and kind , we had to book in an emergency before check in time and he helped us feel so welcome with lovely continental food as soon as we stepped in . Check in is normally online with no contact but Geoff helped us because of the last minute check in . It is so easy to check in , just punch in the code and you get a code for your door too , so simple and fast . Beautiful rooms , the attention to details is there , it is like they got all the best bits from hotels and put all them in this one hotel . Beds are super comfy with extra pillows and blankets if needed. Mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities ,if you ever run out the reception area has more . I love the kitchen station in the room , glasses, wine glasses ,bottle opener, utensils, plates etc so good if you want to stay in the room and prepare your own light bites or get a takeaway . The reception area has lots of information leaflets ,take away leaflets and lots of little snacks as well as soft drinks to help yourself at the weekend The room is super quiet and spacious , with a cable tv to watch any channel and it has access to netflix, disney, prime etc I had the best sleep in this hotel than anywhere and I was happy to relax in the room with lots of comforts around me Bathroom was so luxurious , shower was like a massage . It is a contactless place with no staff however , I imagine with everything you have in your room and reception , it would be rare to need help , if you do , Geoff is there in a instant , so no stress there . The docks and local tourist attractions and shopping centre is 10 minute easy walk ,local shops and pubs and eateries just a stone throw away. Most amazing and most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed , so much care and attention , it feels like someone really actually cares and its not just money . Thank you Geoff for saving our holiday and being so kind .

leaving , wanted to stay longer !

The location is so handy, just a couple mins stroll to the cavern quarter. The room itself is recently decorated beautifully, really pretty. Lots of treats left out for us, and water in the mini fridge, great touch. In the lobby area there was also a selection of grab and go breakfast bits, very nice touch. Best part of it all though was the host Geoff. Having never used a self check in hotel before we were a tad apprehensive, but we met Geoff on the first morning, he is an absolute gentleman and gave us amazing recommendations for the Blackstock market and also made arrangement for us to store our bags after check out as we had a late flight home. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone going to Liverpool.

Absolutely nothing!

Convenient location to walk to the city centre in just 20 minutes, comfortable bed, and a really nice surprise touch with a box of mince pies as I stayed over Christmas. Honestly with better WiFi, this would be a 10/10 for me.

The Internet was the biggest issue, with slow connectivity. As the rooms are actually below ground level, mobile signal isn't great, which doesn't help when the WiFi is so slow. The smart TV channels kept buffering as it was also connected to the slow network.

This hotel is fantastic! For starters, the cleanliness is incredible, especially the bathrooms – sparkling! Plus, the contactless check-in is a huge stress reliever. But what really sets them apart is the atmosphere. It's so cozy and welcoming, and they greet you with tons of complimentary goodies as soon as you walk in. It felt more like visiting a friend than a hotel stay. Geoff, their Admin staff, had been very helpful all throughout our stay.

The property was well located just a short 5 min walk from town near Moorfields. The entry in self check in and out was super easy. The check in details were sent and before the stay and on the day and so easy to follow. The room was really nicely presented, with great use of space, good facilities with kettle, tea coffee, hair dryer, ironing board and full smart tv and plenty of sockets for essentials each one with a usb socket too. Nothing has not been thought of. The shower was lovely and the room and en-suite beautifully decorated to a high standard, with no details missed. It was lovely and quiet and very comfortable nights sleep, I am funny with my pillows and these are some of the fluffiest cosy pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel! It felt like your own private bedroom at home with all the comforts of home and great value for money.

Really nice and quiet has a good location good price and the worker is really kind and helpful. You can wash your clothes. You can dry it. Really comfortable and nice kinda expensive. There is matches, but everything else is great Totally gonna book that again

The bed is short Me as a 5’10 guy ( average height ) had some issues with it but everything else was really good

Was accommodated for an early check in and greeted by the owner who gave us loads of tips for the city, lovely guy. Emailed in the morning to let us know a complimentary continental breakfast was available in reception. Room was clean and warm with everything we needed for a city break.

Bed was a little small and hard but still got a full night's sleep so nothing major.

Loved the furnishings, great quality bedding and fixtures and fittings. Great that there was a mini fridge and complimentary continental breakfast. It was lovely and quiet and very good value for money.

Just one small thing really….the smart tv was buffering continuously and there was no access to terrestrial tv. (I’m not really that bothered but the hubby likes to moan 😂)

The special touches that the staff laid on for those who stayed there. Breakfast was not included, but they laid light breakfast for everyone. They also allowed us stay in the room until our flights were ready and they provide many extras each day. Each self check in. Kept well informed via email on a daily basis. Definitely go back.

The location was decent, is not too far from the city center as well as the train station, is just a short walk to the accomodation. I really like the attentive given by the staff, Jeff. His hospitality was the first time I received and he definitely made the entire stay pleasant.

I don't really have anything that I hate is just couple of things that can be done better.
