The size of the serviced apartment is great and it has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with bath & shower. That’s a huge plus for a family of four. The facilities and location are very good. Clear instructions for our late check in so we had no difficulty getting in. It’s a very nice property and is located very well.

One of the beds was a big saggy and the heater in the master bedroom didn’t work. It wasn’t fixed either though we did inform reception. The heated towel rail in one bathroom didn’t work either. Again no maintenance was done. However these are small issue but our overall stay was very comfortable.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for two couples visiting Liverpool! Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom space and the common kitchel/living area was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a kitchen and washing machine available was a well used luxury. Kelly at reception was very helpful and also gave us a terrific restaurant recommendation (Riva Blu on Castle Street). Parking below the building was very convenient and we didn't even use the car duing our 3 night stay because everything was within easy walking distance.

Very minor inconveniences. The TV remote was difficult to use and the elevator didn't stop at the 4th floor which we were on. We had to go to the 5th floor and walk down... which really wasn't a bad thing given all the fabulous food we consumed while we were in Liverpool.

Property was good value for money, had the facilities we needed and felt safe. Kelly on reception was amazing. She was friendly and helpful. Area was a little bit out of the Central city so it was quiet, and felt safe with pin gates to get in.

The beds and pillows need to be better. Stayed for 2 nights and used the apartment as a base to be with friends and sleep, so I would have preferred a more comfortable bed. There's no air conditioning and the windows hardly open, there was a large fan for the living room but the bedrooms were too hot. There needs to be air conditioning units fitted. There was some sort of air filtration system In place although this was not air conditioning, and was really loud In the bedrooms.

Everything was perfect, from the check in to the check out! The ladies we met on reception, Hannah and Kelly, were so friendly and welcoming, they are an asset to the company.The facilities we received for the price were amazing! The view of the building opposite with the clock tower was just gorgeous, at night it is all lit up. The room was bright and airy and the settees were really comfortable, as were the beds. The fully equipped kitchen meant we could have tea, toast etc in the morning, rather than dashing out for breakfast. The washing up pack is a brilliant idea! All the rooms were really clean and each couple had privacy of bedroom and own bathroom, which was excellent, a real home from home! The whole experience was amazing!!

The whole experience was great, the receptions were very friendly, especially Kelly. Very helpful in showing what to do with the parking and it was easy to get our keys. The suite was great, bigger than we expected, every was clean and in working order, no surprises and nothing was wrong. The location was great too, really close to a number of lively bars and eatery's and the main shopping center was only a 10 minute walk away too. Couldn't have wished for a better location. ~a couple of pur party also left some luggage behind and they have gone above and beyond to get it back to us.

The seagulls were noisy, but that couldn't be helped!

We found the apartment address fairly easily and it was located in a great area - close to the waterfront and Mathew Street. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and although we were early, the room was ready within 15 minutes of us arriving. The room was on the first floor, which meant it was a little 'dingy' as it was facing onto another high rise building with windows directly opposite us so we kept our curtains mostly shut. It was also an odd shape. However, the beds were comfortable and for a weekend base, it was ideal. Parking was below the building on the next street and there was keypad entry if you came back late a night. We ate at Fattoush which was about 100 yards away, and went for breakfast to Dale Street and Carlisi (we preferred Carlisi) and then at Pho which was on the way to the Waterfront and saw lots of live music in the bars on Mathew Street before seeing Deacon Blue at the Waterfront Festival. All in all, a good weekend.

Room on a low floor - if I went again, I'd ask for a room on a higher floor. And that's about it...

A comfortable suite with lots of space, suited to our needs and very clean and comfortable, The location was good, very near everything, especially the city centre and Liverpool One, and very near Queens Square bus station, and Lime Street train station, so public transport was easy to get to (there were busses to the airport and Anfield stadium, as well as Albert dock)! We came for Taylor Swift in Anfield and they really went all out with decorations in the lobby, including cupcakes and bracelets which was a lovely touch, and made us feel very welcome. The suite itself was lovely, we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/living space which was great for spending time together, but also allowed us to have alone time. All the rooms had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious and clean, there was also a lot of storage space in the bedrooms. The kitchen/living area had all the facilities needed for cooking, such as an oven and microwave, although we did not use them it was handy to know they were there. There were also plenty of plug sockets! The staff at check in/out were very friendly as well, we had some great chats with them! It felt very safe/secure as well. Overall we had a great stay here and I would definitely come back if I was in Liverpool again. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially groups of friends or families. :)

Plenty of room, lovely and clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and the location was really good. Kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms.

The double bed was a sprung bed and I think a few were the springs have gone and it was rather soft but just ok. The shower in the ensuite was missing a part I think as it was very difficult to turn it on and off, so I had to use a flannel to do so and the shower was very slippery.

Amazing location! Fabulous views. Great facilities. Brilliant air-con We loved the mezzanine bedroom and en-suite. It made my daughter’s graduation stay very special for her. Could stay in carpark until 3pm so we could explore city without having to repark.

Bedroom door in second bedroom does not shut. No windows that open so smoke alarm went off every time we cooked. Broken blinds so affected privacy in bedroom. Unable to access balcony (even just to have doors open) Cleaner came in early and woke us up (day after graduation) and we’d had a late night.

Great location, lovely big appartments, well stocked clean kitchen. Unbelievably helpful and friendly staff who made us very welcome.

The bedroom doors didn’t quite close properly, and made a lot of noise if you tried to jam them shut and pull the door to. Key cards are a bit unreliable but the staff are aware and have a back up plan. It would be helpful of some of that info is available in other languages for visitors who get stuck when receptionen is shut but don’t speak much English.
