Arrived for a one night stay and checked in efficiently by a friendly receptionist, she was so pleasant and helpful and was a refreshing change from recent experiences in the USA. The room was ready at 3pm, clean and had comfortable beds with plenty of space. The bathroom was spotless and the shower extremely powerful. Air con was great and controlled easily from the room but was a bit noisy.

Our room on the 5th floor over looked the swimming pool and we we subjected to the screams and shouts from kids playing in the pool. One child screamed solidly for 2 hours. I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

I liked that it was clean and the hotel smelled nice. The breakfast was good with a good variety of both hot and cold items. The staff was friendly and available to help with anything you needed. Also they a have free parking, which is apparently becoming less standard.

I didn't have a table/desk in my room. Also they switch out the breakfast items daily. I had waffles on Saturday but couldn't on Sunday because they put the waffle makers away. I was so excited to have waffles again but they didn't have them. Please keep the waffles out everyday!

We checked in at around 10:00 Pm and were greeted and welcomed with smiley faces staff. We used their shuttle to get to airport at about 5: Am the next morning. We did not have breakfast. I believe they start breakfast at 7:00 Am. I recommend them as a courtesy and a great PR to provide a complimentary Coffee or and Pastry and/or donuts for Travellers who check out early in the morning. Making and serving a couple pots of coffees and pastry will go a long way. I believe breakfast was part of my deal but wouldn't provide it until 6:00 or 7:00 AM!!Overall a great place for travelers.

We have stayed at Springhill Suites Westshore for many many years, both on arriving or leaving Florida. We have never been disappointed. The staff are always kind, friendly and supportive, the rooms are spacious and the beds always comfortable. The breakfasts are always good and plentiful. The car parks both front and rear are spacious and the hotel is easy to reach from Tampa International Airport or from elsewhere in Florida. Two large shopping Malls are located nearby as well as many restaurants too We would highly recommend this hotel

The staff was great providing us locations to area restaurants and things to do in the area ( go to Besitos..it was delicious) the room were newly renovated so that was a plus.. there's a pool and hot tub ..they are still doing g a bit of construction but I think I missed that as I spent the weekend

Nothing..I'm nit picking but the pillows are too soft for me..I prefer a firm pillow but again I'm nit picking ...I'm fixing that by bringing my own pillow 😆

I've been to many hotels that are "close to the airport." This one was the best of them. I was so pleasantly surprised! I know it says "Suites" in the title, but still. The hotel was literally 5 minutes away from the airport, a lot of stuff (restaurants, gas stations, stores...) where walking distance around the place, and the room where really great. But the top notch was the staff at the entrance, very professional, to the point, very patient and welcoming. I very much enjoyed our stay there.

I didn't like that I only booked 1 night there, checked in at 11pm, and left the next day at 8 am to catch our plane :D. I wish I had more time to try the whirlpool, swimming pool, and other potential facilities in the hotel.

front desk staff very helpful and kind. we arrived there after being at the Moffitt cancer center for my husband on April 1st. girls at front desk were very compassionate and helpful with a room that was easy for my husband to get around. Christian helped us find our way around the area to find food. thanks to all of you.

the only negative thing about the room was the toilet was so low to the floor it was as if it was installed there for a 3 year old child. we both had to grab the side of the tub to get up and lean on the front of it to sit down

The room was very nice. I booked the room for my daughters to sleep for an extended layover. They were surprised with the size- it was a double queen suite for a great price. They said it was very easy to book the free shuttle back to airport for an early flight. When I was searching, this Hotel was the only one I found where the shuttle service would do early- most didn't start until 7:00 and that's when their flight was! They enjoyed the short time there!

The staff was excellent; very helpful in suggestions on the right restaurants and beach to visit. The pool and hot tub area was clean, well maintained, with a supply of fresh towels and a place to put them when we left the pool area. The room was clean a spacious, with a comfortable fold out bed. The breakfast area was well maintained during busy hours.

The Hotel's entire staff was very friendly. I enjoyed a 3 night stay for my birthday weekend. Hotel is very clean, good hot breakfast, great location. The beds are very comfortable making it a very pleasant stay. I also got to enjoy both the pool and Jacuzzi. If I'm ever in Tampa again I would surely return to this hotel.

The sand gravel in the bottom of the Jacuzzi. It's not needed the water is nice.
