I loved the location of this hotel! it was very close to the best spots in hoover and seemed safe and easy to get to

the breakfast was very disappointing. it was advertised as breakfast tacos with a wonderful selection and the food was cold and stale. we ate at 8am so it should have been fresh. the gym was very disappointing with barely any equipment and i had to walk to the first floor from the 5th floor to get ice because the ice machines were down on all of the closer floors. finally, there were signs everywhere that said "vending" in very big letters but i never found a vending machine after walking multiple floors.

The location and surrounding stores. Everything we needed was practically close by the hotel location. So, the drive to our event we ahead was only a few minutes away.

I don't like how my card was charged without asking me if I wanted to use the card on file or did I want to pay with another one. It wasn't until the card on file declined that we were asked for a credit card to put on file. I received the alert on my phone that the card was charged but no funds were available because I always book with a pre-paid card. I'm glad I did because I did not want to use the card I booked with. Also, I booked the reservation and listed my fiancé as a guest but my name wasn't showing on the reservation. Instead, it was under his name which was weird to me.

The breakfast was great , the people were nice . And our room was very clean

I made my reservation @ 10 am so I could get the king room, instead when we arrived we got a double bed room , I only go to hotels when I can get a king bed . I paid for a king room with a mini bar because it was my anniversary my husband was not happy!

The room was clean and comfortable. It was good for a one night pass through.

One of the shower doors was missing, and the one that was there was hard to move, so water went everywhere when showering. The bathroom was also really tight. You had to squeeze past the toilet and behind the door to close the door.

I didn't eat breakfast. Location was good for me. Room was nice for the most part.

The area my room was located was close to the elevators and it was loud in my room. There was a coffee maker and microwave but had to move them to use because no plugs.

They were the best! I came in they could not find my reservation, booking never sent it over. I got on the phone with booking and after myself and the manager, finally got booking to cancel my reservation free of change and the manger got my in a room fast and it was only $1 difference!

Was expecting to have at least a couple of bottles waters in the room as complimentary but there was none. Although, there was free coffee and tea

the toilet in the room kept running. it was the float inside the toilet and whenever I had to flush I would have to take the top of the tank off and pull up on the float in Room 317. That was the only tiny issue but overall great stay.

The staff on Saturday was very welcoming

They need to make sure rooms are stocked in the bathroom. I didn’t like on my last day of stay. When staff started knocking on your door 2 hrs before check out.

Best Oatmeal I have ever had at a hotel. Staff was very, very friendly and accommodating.

Bed was a little soft, Sink handle for hot/cold water was backwards. The lingering fragrance in the room from cleaning was excessive and burned my eyes. Room was 616.
