I loved the location (walkable to the museum district and Leidseplein district) and the quiet neighborhood. It felt very comfortable and safe. I also loved the air conditioning, the fridge unit, the beds, and the window view of the sunset.

I saw this in some other reviews, the shower is quite strange. The water basically just goes all over the whole bathroom floor and there isn’t really enough towels to stop it since you won’t get refill towels while you’re there. Since it is more of an air bnb feel, it isn’t like a hotel where there is a front desk staff or towel refills, but that was fine for us! We did sign up for 3 guests but were only given 2 room keys.

The location is perfect! It's a quick walk to Museum Square and, in the other direction, to the Pijp neighborhood which has a fun outdoor market and good restaurants. Trams are close too. It's on a beautiful tree-lined street with a nice coffeeshop right down the block. The management was LOVELY! Took the trouble to call me when I left my credit card behind and to destroy it for me. They could not have been kinder.

The bedroom is small but having a living room and kitchen compensated.

Excellent location, 5 mins from the Concertgebouw and the major museums. It is set in a tranquil street near nice bars, supermarkets and the number 12 tram which goes to Centraal Station.

It would have been helpful to have some information on how to work various things in the apartment. Just a fact sheet on the cooking facilities, safe etc. would have been good. One bedside light didn't work. Otherwise very comfortable.

Excellent location, very close to a tram stop and convenient to get to the city center. Quiet and cosy street, almost felt suburban in terms of noise although it was technically a midtown. Room is quite big for it's price and there are 2 separate beds (a bed and a sofa) small balcony and even an elevator. All was well satisfactory.

Yeah it could have been maybe a bit cleaner or walls could use some repainting, or towels could be newer perhaps, but honestly for this price in Amsterdam you won't find anything better

Is a nice building, feels like living in the city as a citizen. Good and easy transportation to the airport and downtown. Markets and attractions nearby. The manager/ maintenance person excellent.

Thing in the apartment were worn out. The shower splash all over. Too little shampoo or toilet paper for the days of the stay. They have to take care seriously about the rat problem that Amsterdam have.

The location was great! Close to the Concertgebouw, Van Gogh Museum, etc as well as grocery store and bakeries. The space was nice and had everything one would need - definitely nicer to have the space and kitchen than one would get at a hotel.

It would be helpful to have had some sort of communication with the staff prior to our arrival. We thought that because it says check-in starts at 2 PM that the room would have been clean and ready. Yet, when I called (no front desk), they said they were on their way and started cleaning then. We got lucky that the weather was great and could spend the time outdoors, but the check-in process could be improved.

Spacious two-story apartments Pleasant design in soft tones Very good neighborhood within walking distance of the city center Supermarket nearby The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay

There were no paper napkins in the apartment Only one garbage bag was provided Windows could not be opened Very low sound insulation Shampoo and shower gel appeared to be heavily diluted with water

Great little apartment, there was 2 of us wouldn't have wanted anyone else in there as it would have been crowded, but big enough for 2. Great location, well stocked kitchen area.

Noise, the windows are like tissue paper. It also didn't help we had builders over the road. Very annoying. Also nothing to clean with, no spray and could do with a sweeping brush. Also no hot running water in the bathroom, and the shower was questionable with regards to fitment pointing up, so you had to hold it the whole time or the whole bathroom ended up dripping.

A good location for checking out museums and galleries. For someone not too tech savvy it took a while to figure out how to operate the stove and the tv...no instructions. No basic kitchen supplies ie salt, pepper etc. which I thought would be included., but we found a pretty comprehensive grocery store close by. The upstairs neighbours were very heavy on their feet, but otherwise this was a quiet, clean place to put your feet up after trekking around the city.

a few basic kitchen/cooking supplies, like salt and pepper, sugar maybe.
