The room was very comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed on account of how comfortable the bed was. Breakfast was really good, had a great selection of local cuisine as well as western food. We had dinner in the restaurant - pasta and steak - and they were very delicious and filling. The amara spa was also fantastic

There was a kitchenette in the room but there were no pots and pans for us to cook with. We instead went to the restaurant for dinner, which was really great btw

I have arrived late. At the time of arrival the kitchen was about to close. I would like to thank the Lobby Manager, Ms. Ghulzhan who helped me to check in and she made arrangements to place an order for a meal with the kitchen, before I was checked in. Excellent service from the team and from Ms. Ghulzhan. Good breakfast, fast wifi. The room is clean and comfy. The Hotel has a Spa and you are advised to book in advance.

The Rooftopbar is outstanding. And life-music. Incredible view. Delicious food. Very silent area. Incredible breakfast with buffet with classic Kazakh food and also intercontinental breakfast. Delicious and with the incredible view it tastes super. Dinner with sunset 🌅 and music. Simply one of the best hotels in Astana. Clean pool, clean SPA. And the absolutely best THAI massage ever. You feel your bones again and feel 10 years younger. (For 2 days).

Please buy bread from La Creme cafe. Baguettes 🥖 and bread.

Facilities of the hotel, quality of the room and furniture are quite good. Reustarant upstairs is not bad, but not reserve rooms at 5th floor because of caraokee. Gym and spa are good, however spa is not for free.

Only single elevator for 5 floors is a problem. Location is a pit unfavourable, because of constant traffic jams if you go towards center, or right bank.

Spa was closed due to construction Cloud Restaurant on the rooftop had a great view. Food was good. Some staff were excellent. others not so much. Silly issue with asking for juice wound up spoiling the experience for me. They charged me $5 for a liter of juice instead of giving me a glass. Not the biggest issue I’ve faced but it was definitely petty

Amazing apart hotel with Spa, rooftop restaurant (highly recommended, food is fantastic) and perfect service. If you need cutlery/dishes, just just contact the reception and they will bring everything. Small supermarket and pharmacy is 10 mins walk, 30 mins walk to the city center. Free parking. Breakfast has various options

Although the Bathroom is very clean and has all needs ... But there is a sewer Smell leak in Bathroom ... I brought this to their attention and they worked on it.

The Aisha Bibi story is the story of Kazakh Romeo & Juliet. The hotel holds true to the theme with paintings and illustrations scattered about. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The hotel has a local feel, while at the same time pulling off international quality, at a very reasonable price. I am sure that I had 2-3 times the space at 1/3 the price of a "branded" hotel in the same vicinity. I chose this place because of it's location near my clients and the swimming pool, steam and sauna facilities which are quite nice (but see what I didn't like below), I chose to extend my stay for a few weeks because of the staff and general comfort and extremely good value. Also the upstairs Cloud Bar is great place to sit, work and drink a coffee while watching the clouds go over the city.

Sadly the only thing I didn't like was that on my second day here the pool facilities closed for renovation. This likely won't be an issue for others as it is now re-opened (10 days later) and should stay open for a few years I am told. I chalked it up to bad timing and am glad I didn't leave the hotel because of it.
