The hotel is super modern, new and comfortable in an excellent location.

Availability of coffee/tea facility in the room needs to be addressed for a hotel of this standard. We were not informed on arrival we could get a kettle from reception. When we got it we got coffee bags for filter coffee. In short, there should be adequate facilities in the room. We would also recommend that bikes are provided for free rather than to be hired for a cost considering that Copenhagen is a city on a bike!

The staff-members are extremely friendly and service-orientated. The bar on the top floor with the view over Copenhagen is wonderful. I have read in some reviews that visitors were not satisfied with the breakfast. I thought there was a good selection and I really enjoyed it!

The room was very cosy and basically clean. However, there is a lot of decoration and a lot needs to be cleaned. This is probably quite time-consuming. The fabric-covered bed head was dusty. The rubbish bin in the toilet was not clean. The kettle has - and the hotel hasn't been open that long - limescale stains. These are all just little things, but the longer the hotel is open, the more unkempt it will probably look in the medium term.

Very unique and beautiful art work throughout the hotel. Modern amenities. Very front desk woman helped us find parking by meeting us outside. Very near to the opera house and walking to some attractions.

The location presented some challenges getting to the parking lot due to some construction we were not aware of. We’re couldn’t even find the front door to the hotel. Although the front desk woman came out to greet is which was lovely. Communication between hotel and restaurant could have been better regarding booking reservations. There was a lot of back and forth for a complimentary glass of bubbly when reserving the restaurant at the front desk. Seemed a lot of effort when there didn’t need to be. Cafe wasn’t open for morning coffee before heading to the airport.

25h hotel review Place we definitely want to return! We’re having our wedding during our stay in Copenhagen so choosing a proper hotel was a very important thing as we’d like it to meet our expectations in full. We messaged the hotel stuff in advance and notified them about the special event in our life and they were not just happy but also promised to provide us with the channel-facing room and single king-size bed. When we arrived, hotel personal vas very helpful and said we are welcome to reach out if we need anything extra during our stay. The room was just perfect . It has simply everything in it and its design and atmosphere made it a perfect spot for our gatherings and photos on the wedding day. Breakfasts were quite delicious and the variety of choices sometimes really made us decide what we’d like to go for. On the wedding day, our friends got in touch with hotel personnel and aligned on preparing a small surprise for us. They sent a bottle of Champagne, signed gift card and all this was delivered to our room. We were very pleased to find everything in the evening. Bed was super comfortable, linen extra white and like new and overall the entire sleep really felt almost like home. The weather was icy and on the windows we also had frozen patterns which also served as additional curtains. Special thanks for coddly cod (pillow). It made us smile😉 To sum up, our stay in 25h hotel was absolutely amazing. Next time in Copenhagen we definitely book either the same hotel or the other one 25h owned by you but located close to the central part of the city. Many thanks for this experience, it suit the purpose perfectly and our hearts will for sure remember 25h and room 410 as a place where our family was born🫶❤️!

Location, design, bed, staff and their foldable bike helmets and bike! Also free welcome mini bar…nice touch. Oh the rentable phone power chargers. Very handy if you snap away like I do and always forget your extra power pack.

Everything was really great honestly. If i had to be SUPER PICKY….. I thought the spaces were disjointed and didn’t flow. The shop was a bit weird and reception being in the centre. It felt very compartmentalised and meant you didn’t really socialise with the staff or people around you. Can’t put my finger on it. Breakfast was a bit stressful and some of the hot food was cold…. I don’t mind helping myself but the staff didn’t come to the table once to take my coffee or kitchen order…had to go find them. Lastly the conference room was always being used for internal and external meetings. The only place to work was the cafe area which was really noisy or sit in the lounge with your iPad on your lap.

Incredible views onto the canal (I asked), very walkable, free room upgrade, super friendly staff! The bed and blankets were like giant clouds. The included mini-bar was a nice touch! Still dreaming of the Christmas rice/cherry pudding at breakfast. Really good for getting some work done in one of the public areas. Sadly missed out on going the bar on the top floor.

Bus and metro connections were not ideal. it was a bit of a walk with all my luggage to get to the M line for the plane, but then at least that only took like 10 minutes once I was on the train!

Great hotel. The room was spacious, bright and super clean. Bathroom is spacious and free toiletries are amazing! The stuff is super nice and helpful. Neighbourhood is great, you can walk around, there a lot interior design shops and places to eat. Metro station is close and goes directly to airport. You can also walk to all central attraction in 15 minutes. Breakfast was excellent too.

The only downside is that there are constructions work around, but it was not problem for me.

The selection at breakfast was absolutely amazing, everything you could think of from a lovely range of herbal teas, fizz, soft boiled eggs, lovely bread, a juicer with a large basket of fresh fruit and veg to use, the list could go on! The room was really clean and fresh and all the staff we encountered were lovely and very attentive. It was a fantastic stay!

The terrace which we could access from our room wasn't the prettiest, but I suspect in summer once the plants grow little it will look a bit more appealing.

Absolutely loved the hotel- it's beautiful, funky, in great location we could walk to most of the attractions, and Nyhavn is just 5 min walk away:) Very clean. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

No complaints realy, except- jokingly- the entrance sign is very unassuming and we didn't realised straight away where to enter hotel from. Could be just us problem though:)

Fantastic hotel in great location, close enough to centre and lots of great places to eat but glad it wasn’t on the busiest street right in centre. Staff were all amazing and very helpful with anything you needed. Room was very comfortable and spacious and loved the whole design of the hotel.

Nothing I didn’t like but to make slightly better maybe add a gym and sauna/steam room but I wasn’t there for too long so didn’t miss it much.
