The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was excellent...They cooked made to order eggs, & had a variety of breads/ rolls/ pancakes, croissants, crepes, deserts, vegetables, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee. Delicious!!! The room was immaculately clean & modern. They had seats out on the front porch with beautiful flowers everywhere and green plants throughout the halls & rooms. The hotel is a 7-minute walk to Lake Bohinj, with free parking at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bled &/or Bohinj.

Lovely hotel, managed by a family a great location for activities near lake and Mountain View’s Our room was an attic room, immaculate and simple furnishings and en suite shower/toilet. We had a nice view from the window of the mountain forests. We were given lots of information about the area and where we could eat locally in the evening which we appreciated Lots of choice for breakfast which was very fresh and tasty.

We would have preferred tea and coffee in the rooms with milk, we didn’t like going down in the lift for tea and then having no milk available.

Location is good, a few minutes walk from the lake. Decent breakfast, nice views from the room and a convenient drying room for wet hiking gear. The shower was excellent!

No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities were provided in the room. Furthermore, the facilities provided in the communal area to make drinks were poor: the paper cups were tiny (around 1/3 of a cup), the water wasn't boiling and there was a €1 charge. After a day of hiking in the wet and cold we would have loved to have been able to make a nice hot drink in our room.

The building is located near a bigger village (5-10 mins walking) and Lake Bohinj. Our room was facing the mountains, which was more than beautiful. The room was quite good, clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, they are making fresh eggs too, however you can choose from a lot of buns, croissants, bread, jams, mueslis, yogurt, hams, cheeses, juices, coffee, etc. They offer gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options as well. The staff is amazing, they are really nice and helpful. Everything was amazing.

The owners were helpful. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony. We appreciated the extras eg being able to get laundry done, packed lunches and purchase crisps and a cold beer! It was 300m from the lake and close to lots of eateries, which was handy. A very good base for our activities.

Being a tea addict (I’d brought teabags!) I’d have really appreciated a kettle and mugs in the room. There was a coffee machine downstairs.

Everything was perfect and on very high professional level. Accomodation, service, location of hotel (nearby lake Bohinj and restaurants), breakfast with many variety of food, very kind owners, organization inside of hotel, communication with owners....We could talk hours about benefits of the hotel :) We have stayed at many hotels around the world but this one was one of the best where we have stayed at ;)

Only, that we had to go back home and our holiday has finished :(

The location is very central one - few minutes from the lake and restaurants. Staff was generous, explaining us all the details, breakfast was good. parking available, free of charge.

The rooms size is rather small, but we knew that. Furniture is quite old, but everything is clean. Additional charging for sauna, what gives a bad feeling - it is much better to include all the facilities in the price, but not to charge such kind of things additionally.

We liked everything, the spacious, clean room with the view of the mountains from our terrace, the many available, free parking place, and the breakfast was also good. Sauna was also clean with all the necessities. Reception was always available, and the host and staff were kind and helpful. Totally recommanded!

First day the sauna wasn't too hot but the other day it was ok, it must be just some temporary thing. In spite of this we really enjoyed the sauna as well, it's a nice thing that it is private.

We loved this hotel. The family who run it were super-friendly and gave us great advice about what to do and where to go. Great room and beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfasts are SUPERB.

The bathroom was on the small side and the hotel is a little walk (5 mins) from the lakefront. But everything else about the hotel makes up for those points :)

Large room with comfortable bed and strong shower. Many breakfast options, including eggs to order, vegan and gluten-free. People running the hotel are friendly and helpful.

We much prefer the “kettle in the room” model to the “pay to use the coffee machine in the lobby honor system” model for hot drinks throughout the day. The former just seems friendlier to us. More fresh fruits at breakfast would have been appreciated.
