The suite, excellent views

Pool and spa: needs to be redesigned. Adjacent guest rooms make the spa noisy, the gym is not a gym, the pool needs a scrub. Shower room for the spa treatment was filthy, full of hair over the basin , shower, toilet

The services offered by the property are exceptional(Spa, mini bar inside the room and breakfast). Staff members go all out to assist.

Although our room had a spa bath, we never used it because the electric element was broken and the electrician failed to fix it. We were disappointed with this because we booked the room with the intention to enjoy the spa bath. But this didn’t stop us from enjoying.

We went for our anniversary and the staff so very kindly gave us a free room upgrade and a box of lindt chocolates and a very sweet anniversary note as a surprise. We go to a hotel every year and the staff at this hotel were the friendliest and kindest staff we have come across. They were eager to help and always smiling and making jokes. So grateful to them for making our anniversary even more special. The French toast and bacon breakfast the next morning was delicious!

There was only 1 thing we didn't like. We were very excited for the indoor heated pool that was advertised. The indoor pool is beautiful and very clean and massive, however that massive pool only has one tiny pipe pushing out Luke warm water which of course makes almost no difference in the temperature of the water. It was cold and disappointing.

We loved everything about our stay, we loved the hospitality of Tammy going out of her way to make our room extra special as we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary there, & all the other hotel staff were soft spoken & pleasant & explained everything before you got charged. The indoor heated pool was Amazing! We were just too late to book a room that included a jacuzzi. The breakfast was lovely, enough to eat and nothing left to waste. The lounge area was pleasing and a great place to chill outside for the smokers like my husband.

Totally the best way to stay :) From when we checked in , Shepard - at the reception was very welcoming and kind. He welcomed us in the most romantic way, with a glass of bubbles which we very much appreciated as it was my birthday and graduation weekend Celebration, definitely the best way to stay for special occasions. He was so kind to show us other rooms which have amazing ocean views and hot baths. Everything was very nice that we regretted leaving the following day. Breakfast was okay, overlooking the ocean, although it was raining so we didn't get to soak in the views sadly but it's definitely worth returning. It's convenient, shopping centre nearby, uber and transportation nearby. They have back up during loadshedding. The shower pressure and temperature was just amazing!

The jacuzzi was great, the bedroom was beautiful, great bathroom with a beautiful tub and a gorgeous shower

The noise from outside, it was storming so this couldn't be helped however maybe there should be a way to secure the terrace umbrella seemed like a door was slamming in the night. Other than that all good

The overall stay was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly.

The checkout was disorganised eventhough we scheduled the checkout time using booking.com, specifically because we had to leave early fod the airport. We had consumed items from the cash bar and at the time of checking out, we wanted to pay for these items, but the staff had no idea what the cost of the items were and was not authorised to use the card machine. We didn't have cash on us and we were running late for our flights. She eventually got hold of someone on whatsapp, and then left us just standing there with no indication of when she'll come back or where she is going. Eventually we had to leave and I asked her to just send me an email with the balance that is due...we're still waiting for this.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable and the jacuzzi on the balcony was fantastic at the end of the day touring Cape Town. The location offered great access to everywhere and Ubers arrived quickly. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and varied. Also incredible value compared to its competition

Upon entry we were greeted with a warm welcome and felt like royalty. Our room was beautiful and clean with a little extra touch because we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. They made reservations for us at a restaurant of our choice and even came to remind us. Next morning we received the most delicious pancakes on the house for our special occasion.

Breakfast was good and the location very good The staff was excellent

The room carpet needs a clean up as well as the walls. The toilet seat needs to be moved back 5 cm (room no 2 ) because an average male can’t fit on it.
