Stay was awesome and staff friendly.

The restaurant was a disappointment! Food was not good. Chicken burgers was raw yet we were still charged for it. The garnish on the burgers was minimum. 1 tiny gerkin sliced in half, I get more gerkins at McDonald's. The butter chicken was extremely strong , more like curry than butter chicken. Not pleasant to eat. On our previous stay in March the food at the restaurant was amazing but not this time around. The tables also doesn't get cleaned during breakfast buffet. When someone is done they clear the dishes and immediately reset the table without wiping it. Hygiene is key!

Everything was absolutely perfect, Hotel in a perfect location, just a walk to a lot of places nearby, cheap to use Uber, ,amazing views front and back ie table mountain to water front , 14th floor it's for entertainment bar ,pool with gorgeous views💃🍹👌, so is the Hotel restaurant👌, friendly staff🌸💗, very clean hotel, it's a home away from home, I will always choose this hotel for our Cape Town family vacation, oh! they also treated hubby with a beautiful piece of cake on his birthday the 24th February, he really appreciated the gesture!

Unfortunately our take away breakfast delay, as we requested staff to prepare takeaway, since our flight returning to KZN was early! But I understand, the delay wasn't intentionally, unfortunately we left without our takeaway breakfast. Nonetheless everything was perfect, we enjoyed every moments.

I liked how helpful the staff was. On our first night, we arrived late at night and the kitchen was closed, however they made a meal for me and my kids, taking the above into consideration. The breakfast was always very good and the location is perfect, 10 minutes walking and you are at the Bo Kaap. The rooftop has an amazing view, with a pool and a bar... The sunset is magnificent

At some point the cleaning was failing, but the staff corrected it and it was fine

Situated close to all major attractions, like V&A Waterfront etc. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very neat and clean. Block out curtains are very effective and the room was pitch dark once closed. Love the restaurant menu - there is something to please every taste. It was the most beautiful afternoon/evening and the view from the rooftop bar is breathtakingly gorgeous.

Service at the rooftop bar was a bit slow and we have waited almost an hour for a portion of chips. Variety at breakfast a bit limited, but still more than enough. I think there must be a night club of some sort near the hotel, because we could hear music the whole night until the next morning after 08:00, literally the same tune for 12 hours+! The family rooms only cater for 2 people - towels and coffee/tea station and we had to ask for another towel for our daughter.

The hotel was amazing, one of the best hotels i have stayed at. The staff were extremely helpful when we lost room key cards or when we wanted to head to the beach they recommended which beach we should go and gave us beach towels. The parking was also very convenient. The breakfast is a whole other story, with a lot of options and fresh fruits. The egg station was so good and delicious, not your usual hotel buffet omelets, and some days, they would serve pancakes. The service was really good and waiters and waitresses were very well trained. I highly recommend Sunsquare city bowl.

The hot water in the shower took a long time to heat, thus wasting water until u reached the desired temperature.

It is located a short 20 min walk from the V&A Waterfront so very accessible. Also very close to many restaurants and bars. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was gorgeous and modern, with a beautiful view of Table Mountain. I had requested this view because it was my first time in Cape Town and they graciously fulfilled my request. Would 100% return.

The rooftop bar closes at 12am and didn't have many options for food/snacks. But other than that, it was all great.

Me and my daughters decided to go on a roadtrip and final part of the trip and stay to be in Cape Town. I search Bookings.com and when came accross this listing with the 15 floor indoor pool, with the immaculate views of Table Mountain and the V &A Waterfront - just wow wow. I did not say anything to my kids and said they must go open minded LOL...they were blown away with the pool, the views and the gym - they did a run and training session the views again just exceeded our exspectations. Well done!

The indoor pool that closes at 7pm. The pool is no longer heated. The food bought from the bar that we could not eat by the pool. We had to eat it outside and going onto the windy deck was a bit of a downturn.

Solid hotel close to everything important. Secure parking for a very reasonable price. The buffet breakfast is very good. Since we had to leave early we asked for a brakfast packs, which unfortunately wasn't communicated to the kitchen staff. So we had to leave without breakfast. But everyone was very sorry about the mishap. I could enjoy the breakfast buffet at earlier stays though and can attest that it is really good.

The hotel is perfectly located near main attraction like V&A... I love the breakfast. The room was cleaned everyday. They proposed nice dinner options. I love the bar and the facilities of the gym. Great choice😍

The light in the room is too strong. There is no option to have a lighter or dimmed light when wake up. The pool is within the bar terrace area. This does not give an option to enjoy the pool on a relax basis. This was a major disappointment. 😔
