Staff was great and very friendly.

I didn't like that there wasn't a stove to cook quick meals, maybe a double heater stove could be introduced.

Did not eat breakfast, but loved location

Would like convection plate to maybe be able to cook something on longer stay

We love that it is absolutely walking distance from any and everything you can put your mind to that you might want, ocean,shops, restaurants. The staff are very relaxed and treated us like family.

The furniture after some good amounts of visits and staying in different rooms each time I've noticed isn't just the room we are in...might need a bit of a repair or replacement. But in contrary it kept the price excluded from other places in the area, although I've noticed they bumped it up so hopefully by my next visit it will be repaired/replaced.

The hotel is perfectly located. There are restaurants basically on site and Jarryd's served very good food and the staff were great. The hotel staff were quick in getting me set up and even though I arrrived about an hour before check in time actually starts, a room was ready for me and I could unwind.

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel, the staff or the location. I think that the kitchenette and the things you have available like the microwave, fridge, utensils, cups and glasses all help contribute to a comfortable stay.

We stayed 3 nights and the price was definitely worth it. The hotel is central to restaurants and the beach. The staff was friendly and the restaurants downstairs were excellent. I would like to go back there because it's within my budget

The one downside was the restaurant entrance, there was no privacy and we checked in when the restaurants were at they busiest, everyone was starting at us. Another thing was the apartment had no wash cloths, paper towels or dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, which makes no sense because they provide dishes and cutlery.

The restaurants onsite were awesome. Breakfast was off the roof.. one of the best I’ve eaten. Dinner was great as well.. A special shout out too Nicki and Ngoni and reception and Mark the waiter who served us at dinner, actually he’s the reason we ate at the restaurant.. knows the food offering and made some brilliant suggestions in terms of food choice and it didn’t disappoint. The customer service I received here was out of this world. There response time to queries and assistance was just amazing. God bless you 2 souls..

The ongoing commotion downstairs.. they had a boxing match so didn’t sleep well due to the ongoing disturbance until the early hours of the morning. In addition please have a walk in shower and a toilet roll holder.

Everything was jst awesome the location the staff and my room i loved it best value for money

Wifi kept dropping on laptop but was strong on mobile had to hot spot my laptop on my mobile data.. Fact that there wasnt dishwasher and sponge to wash yr dishes i guess its because they always did house keeping the next morning 😊 They must tell visitors to bring their twin plug the reviews helped me to bring my extension so i can work from the balcony as theres no plugs outside

The larger units with 3 beds are very spacious and comfortable.

Would not recommend the small unit for 2 people. It is too small especially the bathroom.

We didnt have breakfast as we left pass 5 the morning for our race, the rooms was very nice and clean. The check in was also hassle free with friendly staff. Will definitely visit again. The balcony is a bonus to relax, having dinner and at night you could hear the beach.

because we heated our food it would be nice if maybe you can add a microwave lid, it will also help to maybe note to your guest to bring own dishing stuff with as some of us like to clean after us

I would like to thank a receptionist who worked on 17 of March, he was extremely helpful! the room was booked for my non English speaking parents and he did his best to try to communicate with hem. my parents were so worried about the trip to RSA in general, he was the first person they met in Cape Town and his approach made their mood/trip more peaceful and relaxing. big thank you for that! ( sorry, I don’t know your name but I’m sure he will recognize himself once he sees this comment 😊) Also hotel stuff assisted my parents with every little thing they asked for, like fixing tv and safe box or providing extension cord with adapter lol shuttle service was good as well, great communication!
