The property is in a good location away from the madness. If you want some kind of deviance this isn’t for you. Ideal for clean business and families. Large rooms decent staff especially Patterson and Smiles. Thank you. 24 hr security, concierge and carpark. Close to all attractions motorways and walking distance to the Waterfront.

Breakfast was slow going probably because it was busy at the time. A couple of the male staff not quick enough example black coffee taking half an hour please. If you like a hearty breakfast all you can eat similar to Spanish hotels. This is not for you. Middle of the Central business district trendy sunglasses eating leaves and sniffing green juices.

Great hotel to stay in. Clean and comfortable. Good bed, friendly staff. Location is also good, but as it is in the CBD, there is a small walking distance to Long Street, Waterfront, or Waterkant. Breakfast is also good. Oh and the massage...heaven!!

My only issue was that the cleaners were quite loud early in the morning. I could hear them outside of our door each morning around 8 o'clock. I understand that they need to do their job, but it could be done without shouting from one end of the corridor to another. We came for a holiday and it wasn't nice to be woken up at 8 every day.

Staff amazing and friendly. Breakfast Market restaurant was good but bit limited. 2 bed apartment stunning and super clean and cleaned daily. Excellent bed and shower and great curtains to keep morning light to minimum. Kitchen well appointed with all equipment you need plus washing machine. Asian restaurant in hotel outstanding. Spa wonderful and pool small but kods loved as heated, a rare thing in SA. We stayed a week with 3 children 14, 4 and 6 months old and hotel were very accommodating and helpful.

Felt some areas just not fully thought through or complete. Room service only from Asian restaurant and same applies to eating in bar, with kids didn't work. Kitchen should have basics like cleaning liquid, laundry tabs, oil, salt pepper and cleaning clothes for those who actually want to use the fab kitchen. No clothes horse to hang washed clothes. Basically no where to dry anything. Balcony not safe. Doors open way to easy, kids can climb the barrier and has big gaps. Location is OK, I know Cape Town well and this is CBD so not ideal for walking to places. Finally I think some of the apartments are let long term which made me a bit uncomfortable for some reason and definitely weed being smoked in the rooms and bar area.

Lovely spacious rooms, with kitchenette. Large comfortable beds assured we all got a good nights sleep. There was fair selection of food for breakfast. The spa was a bonus on the trip and the massages were just what was needed to ease the tensions of a long day! We found the staff happy, friendly and ready to help. Thank you for a great stay!

Although the rooms were clean, the corridors occasionally smelt of weed and as we are non-smokers it was not pleasant. I did think of using the pool but discovered it was quite small and not really one you can swim in. Plus, the water was cold.

Central location. The CTICC bus stops for the hop on hop off sightseeing bus (red route and blue route) are just behind the hotel and a few minutes walk. The staff are amazing and provide great customer service by going out of the way to help out. Had a cancelled flight which meant that had to stay one additional night. Bronwyn, Randall and André were extremely helpful. The studio apartment room which you get is fitted with all that you can dream and think of using. The kitchen with cooking facilities (hot plates, toaster, oven, microwave and all cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and cups) is just amazing. The room design has been very well thought of. The breakfast at the MRKT restaurant was great. A lot of choices at the buffet and also à la carte. Staff can customise the menu depending on food restrictions. The Yu restaurant is just amazing.

What could be improved is the design of the bathroom door. It was a bit heavy to open and close the sliding door. The bathroom is a bit small. There could be more electric sockets near the bed. Otherwise the hotel is just amazing.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had great temperature control. I thought having a kitchenette was really nice. I was pretty jetlagged so I was never hungry at mealtimes but very hungry in the middle of the night so it was convenient to be able to make myself a snack whenever I wanted to. The bed was big and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very close to the convention center. Really could not have asked for a better place to stay during this conference.

The room smelt amazing when I arrived. The bathroom was well-kept and clean, and the towels were fluffy and clean. The hotel was right next to my conference venue the CTICC within walking distance. The hotel lobby is beautiful and well organised with modern signage.

The spa staff had no idea how to do a treatment I requested "soak off of acrylic nails", it ended up taking longer and ultimately I wasn't very pleased with the results of the treatments I paid for "Gel pedicure and gel manicure" . I still had deadskin on my heels after the pedicure and my gel wasn't applied seamlessly. I would also suggest the Sanctuary Spa get pedicure stations to make the experience better and useful

Modern and stylish rooms with excellent in-room amenities. Views weren’t breathtaking but was still pretty with partial views of Table Mountain and some modern buildings in the vicinity. The property was very well maintained and was spotless everywhere. We also felt safe within and around the hotel, which is a very important factor in Cape Town. The Asian Fusion Tapas restaurant in the lobby, Yu, was excellent. The food was some of the best we had anywhere and service was good, though the seating was quite uncomfortable.

Just shy of a perfect score, the common facilities need a little bit of improvements. There should be much more seating on the deck and towels should be readily available at the pool area. Staff at the breakfast restaurant also aren’t particularly helpful and I encountered quite a curt front desk agent at check in. The rest of our interactions with other staff were pleasant.

The hotel was perfectly located between the waterfront (15mins by foot) and the city center (10 mins walk). Everything else is easy reach by a 10 min Uber or taxi drive. The breakfast was great, plentiful and the coffee and food were really tasty! we could also have an early breakfast at 6:30 AM before a day trip which was handy. We could also have a late breakfast after a sunrise hiking trek which was perfect! The pool is also nice for a dip after a long day. For business travelers, it is right next to the convention center. I would definitly recommend
