Hi everyone. I made a reservation at this hotel more than 9 months before arrival. I experienced the reality of comfort and services directly from the moment I arrived until the moment of departure. At the decent price charged, the hotel has everything, absolutely everything it needs for its category. Bonus to this is the smile and professionalism of the staff, starting from the restaurant to maintenance. Rich and satisfying breakfast menu, comfortable air conditioning, running water, uninterrupted electricity. The safety and trust offered by this hotel made my vacation wonderful. The excellent location for daily trips around, the central and tourist area. Spacious and bright apartments equipped with much more than what is needed for accommodation. Daily cleaning staff who deserve all the respect. The staff at the reception is smiling, friendly and with all the latest information. Excellent management and financial staff. My wife and I thank the hotel and recommend everyone to choose this unique opportunity with confidence.

The apartment hotel is really highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean, great food, very fast WiFi. We didn't have a single problem/issue during our stay, on the contrary, when our flight was canceled and we couldn't leave until a day later, everything was done so that we could still stay in the same apartment. Thank you very much!

The room (private bathroom, lots of space,facilities and cleanliness), the staff and location where all excellent. All the staff are testament to “the friendly city” - keep up the great work. Breakfast was an added bonus.

The parking and entrance to the hotel is difficult to navigate to if you are driving, as not easily visible. Room service: Restaurant staff were so nice but the food quality can be improved.

Large, clean room, with a big kitchen area, comfy bed, charming staff, and delicious breakfast. Taxis could pull up easily outside. There was a good Italian restaurant opposite.

It felt rather far from the Waterfront or anywhere to walk as the area was more the corporate business district. The balcony had no furniture and the pool area was bleak.

Overall the service was great, staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable... Our entire apartment was clean and beautiful... The breakfast was wonderful. And the happy hour was a cherry on top.

The aircon was blowing cold air only, which was not favorable for us as we spent most time outdoors in a cold windy weather... We would have preferred some warmth in our rooms, the heater we were provided with was also broken... That was disappointing.

The location is perfect and the area very safe for walking. Loved the balcony with street view and the spaciousness of the apartment. Everything was spotless and clean. The service of the breakfast waiter was exceptional. Nothing better than to start your day being greeted with friendly and happy exuberance. Cappucchino was good.

What lets this hotel down is the food they serve. Fruit looked and tasted 'limp' and old. Poached eggs were in a puddle of poaching water. For supper I ordered Dorado. Although a generous portion, the fish wasn't tasty. Skin was rubbery and unappetizing, presented on a bed of squishy, colourless roast vegetables. In short, the chef and kitchen need to up their game to match the professionalism of the rest of hotel staff.

The staff are the sweetest and kindest people. They’re accommodating and well trained. They really went the extra mile while I had an emergency visit to see my dad in hospital. I’ll never forget their compassion.

the gym was small but honestly not a big deal. I still managed a workout.

The place was fully furnished, minimal decor which I liked because I was travelling with a toddler. The room all round was beautiful.

It really felt like home . We did not want to leave .

Could not fault one thing . First holiday I can say that.
