the suite rooms were really nice and spacious.staff was very cordial and accomodating.

The wifi was weak and the breakfast was nothing great.no proper buffet .nothing very nearby not even a small grocery store.all dependent on uber or walk.

Beautiful room spacious clean . The hotel itself is beautiful open and clean . The staff are always smiling The breakfast is so good you have to book it with the accomodation otherwise youre missing a lot .We had dinner in the hotel restaurant also really good and fancy for a reasonable price . The pool is with the nice view of tablemountain as well ! walking distance from v & a waterfront like 15 minutes.. only in the evening the tunnel gate closed at 8 pm so better to take a taxi from v& a waterfront which costs only 100 ZAR to reach the hotel . The surroundings from this hotel are safe and nice and just luxurious . It makes you wanna stay even longer .

We booked a studio apartment as I was travelling with a baby. Needed to be able to make milk, wash bottles etc. the studio has kitchen facilities which makes it easy when travelling with a baby. The room was specious with both shower and bath. Breakfast had enough variety Easy checkin - efficient reception staff The staff at the cafe are friendly and pay attention to guests - they deserve a raise! The hotel is close enough to all major attractions like waterfront

Nothing- other than finding the hotel location can be hard! And also the awkward turn when coming from waterfront direction- aways keep to your extreme right when driving! Otherwise you will miss the turn off.

Surprising find. Right behind the Cape Town ICC so it's great if you're attending a conference. But this also makes the location very central for access to major routes and the Waterfront. Tons of dining destinations a short drive or taxi ride away. Easy access to many tourist destinations. Rooms are well sized, no fridge though in the room we had. Beds are big and comfortable. Showers have great water pressure. Our room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious and abundant. One egg limit during this avian flu crisis.

Small things like lack of refrigerator and a fair amount of wind coming in through the front door. Otherwise we were happy with everything else.

The location was perfect as we booked a trip on the train to Elgin Railway Market. The pick up point was just across the street. The staff offered us breakfast packs to eat in our room seeing as we had to leave at 07:15 and the Restaurant only opens at 07:00. The sleeper couch was made when we returned from dinner, which was nice. Buffet breakfast on Sunday was good, the waiter was very friendly. Washing machine/tumble dryer combo was a bonus. Over all good and comfortable stay. Save parking.

No dish washing liquid or drying cloth were supplied. Only 2 cups and towels even though we booked for 3 guests. No milk in the breakfast pack for the cereal. No do not disturb sign for the door. No way to switch of the aircon. Light above the shower does not work.

Location was so convenient, I love it.So close to Waterfront,close to ease of any transport to and from beaches, close to restuarants, any sort of entertainment we needed was not far from this place. Location is the best if you want quiet place to relax and enjoy your sleep and still access places of fun.Aha is the place to visit more than once.

Breakfast was plentiful and a wider variety. Both hot and cold food and something for everyone. Room was large and well stocked. Appreciated that there was water and a welcome chocolate. It's a good location for exploring the waterfront.

We arrived early and left our bags so that we could return at check in time, which we did but the room was not ready. We requested an extra bed as I was travelling with my son and partner. AHA said they'd provide a sofa bed but it was actually just a small sofa, which was not comfortable. We visited the restaurant and the service was painfully slow. I would not recommend the restaurant for an evening meal.

Staff was super nice. Location was easily walkable to waterfront area and restaurants, and the area around the hotel is safe and quiet. Excellent breakfast with tons of variety as well as the ability to order off the menu.

The bathroom is ridiculous--it's completely open with no walls between the shower and the bed. So if you are sharing with a friend, be aware that there is NO privacy. There is a door on the toilet itself, but there is only a small curtain-type thing between the glass shower, sink, bathtub and the rest of the room! Super awkward.

Super. Everything is great. The room was Executive, not standard. The river view and the mountains view is fantastic. The only thing is that after 20:00 you can’t come by walking, only taxi (to come to the hotel), there are two options to come by walk, but they are not safe. Breakfast is also great. The canals are lovely. Would like to come back
