the location ,great pool side and their breakfast

inside the rooms needs updating the phone was was dirty and the cardboard on the fridge is falling I also think it must be mentioned that the road is gravel leading to the destination and the rating I think it’s a 3star not 4

Everything about the resort

I particularly appreciated the thoughtfulness in design, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. I can confidently say that this hotel has set a new standard for excellence in hospitality. The room was a true haven of comfort.

No tables or chairs outside of the rooms. It would be great to see more variety on your restaurant menu. One notable concern was the absence at the reception, had to wait longer to check out because the was no one at the desk.

I stayed here with my partner for 5 nights and this resort was perfect for us. The room was very comfortable, huge bed and air-con. We chilled at the pool the first day and then went on safari for the other three days. The staff we so kind and organised the safari day trips for us, and also providing us with take away breakfasts those mornings. The buffet dinner served each night was delicious. This hotel is perfect for anyone looking to explore Kruger park as it is located just 20 minutes away from the Phabeni Gate.

The smell of mould in the room.

The whole experience was superb from booking, checking in , the stay and checking out . The staff was friendly and attentive. They arranged transport to pick us up from the bus terminal. They gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean and spacious. We had great WiFi connection. The food was delicious! The resort was nice and quiet which is what we needed.

Would love to bring the whole family but it's not really a family resort. No family rooms.

Spacious room with good facilities, pool area was relaxing as well as safe and secure

I hated that I was told payment wasnt made and I was asked to pay AGAIN, until I checked my Bookings app which showed the payment was completed. Also there is no wifi in the rooms nor is the network strong enough for normal streaming via mobile device. And lastly, the generator wasnt working, so loadshedding followed us on holiday.

I love this place, it's is in a beautiful setting with lush trees and flowers around the grounds. The rooms are clean and well kitted out. We had a mini suite as we stayed for 5 nights and it had everything we needed: Air con, TV, fridge, suites, bath & shower with separate WC and a garden area to sit out. The Wifi was fine although we weren't able to get a connection in some areas in the room. The restaurant staff were very helpful and the food selections were different each day. Don't forget to visit the coffee shop nearby.

I liked everything apart from the bumpy road/track to the hotel!

Peaceful place , breath of fresh air. Bra Vusi was the nicest good with people and was very helpful thru out our stay. Very humble gentleman the hotel needs more people like him

The food and kitchen staff, refused to warm up my food that I bought for myself . They literally refused to help warm my food and said the hotel doesn’t have microwaves . I couldn’t believe so disappointed
