All the staff were friendly and smiling all the time , we had warm welcome at reception when we check in,the lady was friendly we forgot her name. And dollen who directed us to our room when we check in he's such a friendly guy.The waiters/waitress ,housekeeper were all friendly and always smiling. We are from the local but the way they treated us it was absolutely lovely and stunning. They don't have attitude and racism. Everything was supper. The room, swimming pool,dining area and the food it was 100% neat. Well done team👏 . We will welcome back with our friends 🥰

First night we saw a scorpion in our room and it wasn't comfortable sleeping in our room

closer to the mall, bushy set up. it is like you are in Kruger already… it sort off prepares you of what to expect on your tours already. The staff was welcoming from reception to dining hall. the food was well prepared as well. shout out to the kitchen staff who managed to pull off a cake for me in a such a short notice. there was a cake on my birthday🎂🌸 The overall experience was beautiful🌸🌸🌸🌸

The toilets needs proper deep cleaning. The toilet should be white at all times. The stains that were there at room 79 can be removed with proper cleaning using correct detergents. The balcony was not cleaned even after I requested it to be cleaned.

Beautiful location, very spacious room, prompt service, power backup when electricity went.The buffet was very nice and delicious and had lots of variety. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was very nice. The place had very nice views. Very nice gardens , well maintained.

The payment of buffet meal was delayed by almost by 45 mins. The POS machine was problematic and network was bad. Secondly, the packed breakfast was messed up as despite informing them on menu sheets, they still made mistakes. I think chefs dont read what clients write. We asked chicken without mayo, yey they included mayo. Lastly, it would be nice to provide a microwave in the rooms Rest no problems.

Rooms were excellent. However the shower head for the room that was allocated to us is damaged , i.e when taking a shower the water would sprinkle everywhere in the bathroom leaving the bathroom clumsy. Maintenance need to look at this. The staff were friendly. It was my son's birthday and had ordered a cake at the hotel and I was happy, the cake was beautiful and delicious. Thanks to the staff for pulling this through. Excellent!!!

I have booked two separate rooms and I was allocated the rooms that were far way apart from each other.

It is an amazing place to stay after or just before a day at Kruger. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The environment was so welcoming. I will definitely recommend it to friends wanting to stay just outside Kruger, and I would definitely visit again.

Noise of the train early in the morning, just behind our room, but if the noise is not abig issue, then the place is generally good

The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The breakfast and dinner buffet is fresh, lots of choice and includes delicious local food as well. The garden with flowers, birds and nice view from the pool is so beautiful!

I have nothing to complain, but my advice is to make sure that every lamp in the room properly works and think about finding a solution to prevent that it doesn’t take so long till the water in shower is getting warm.

when we arriveI was feeling unwell to the extent I had to go to hospital because my wife did not drive the staff went out of there way to assist us and were fantastic they were so so helpful . the food, service and location were just what we were looking for short easy drive to Kruger National Park . perfect

some of the pathways were uneven but nothing that would put you off.

All was confirmed as it was my husbands 60th Birthday we reqested a bottel of champaign which we did not receive. This is the only complaint.. But was a super stay otherwize.

The poolside was very relaxing, the food delicious and staff very friendly especially Nomsa. The location is excellent for a quiet getaway.

Upon entering the room, we were met by an unpleasant carpet smell, but you get used to it. And the bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower, you can't share with ur significant other nevermind bend.
