Clean and very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and thoughtful. They had our air-condition running upon our arrival on a hot day. Overall it was a very satisfying experience.

There was only 1 fridge in 1 of the 2 rooms booked. There was no view of a garden, but we also did not spend enough time in the room for it to negatively impact the room. Coffee station could be "upgraded."

I didn't take the breakfast. I did go through the menu at the restaurant, it seems ok to me. The location is very good. Very quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The distance between the guests rooms and reception is a bit far. Same applies to the restaurant.

The gardens and outer walls of the building could be neater. The little fridge in the room could not keep the ice from melting, especially during loadshedding.

Great place, all the little apartment stuff such as microwave, toaster, kettle. basically all the basic necessities that one needs to have a great stay ...

the swimming pool wasn't maintained at our arrival even though we stay for just a few days, the pool was dirty throughout. the cleaning machine seemed to be off.

Just to say a BIG thank you for an extremely pleasant stay. The food was delicious. Will definitely come again and maybe bring family along too.

We did not come prepared for washing dishes. So maybe a small amount of dishwashing liquid , plus cloth. Also there were no matches for the oil lamp. Especially with load shedding. At night, needing the bathroom, new place…….😬😃😂😂

I have stays a few times and not all front desk staff are so friendly. However the gentleman that was on duty (i did not take his name) was so welcoming and friendly. Upon my arrival i got a great greeting with a "welcome back" which is rather heart warming.

My stays are rather short so i cannot complain about much, possibly with a longer stay 1 would be able to see more

The rooms are clean and spacious. The executive suite, is the best. Coffee station, is refilled daily. The rooms are cleaned daily. Will definitely booked our accommodation with them, then ever in Cape Town area.

Everything was good. We just had to wait a while, for check in, as there was no one at Reception. They could think about adding breakfast to their rooms, as before, when I stayed there.

Room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. I liked the desk in the room as well to be able to work at.

No DSTV and birds inside the roof above my room was a constant noise. Also no lights in the passage outside my room made it difficult to see at night.

The rooms were spacious. We also enjoyed a drink in the restaurant on one of the nights.

The pillows, although they had protectors over, were all stained, underneath 😕
