The room was a good size with a great view of the beach. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Was in a quiet location, so was able to chill after the pace of Seoul but Haehundae was a 15 min scenic train ride away. Staff very helpful and ordered taxis for us.

The sea front view is the exceptional advantage of this hotel, I believe. This is my second visit for celebrating new year watching sunrise in the morning inside;) I didn't drove this time but it was convenient to travel by bus and also close to the beach train and temple.

The ripped body towel.. I can see that covid has made everyone in difficult situation but I don't think I can accept this. The body towel has a huge hole in it. You'd better use it for a rag not for the guests.

First of all, the sea view from the room was amazing. It rained for a few days but we didn't notice that thanks to the sea view. Neat and rather spacious room, a small fridge was also a help, water, tea and coffee replenished every day with 1 bottle per person, quality breakfast - fried eggs, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, coffee, juices, ramen. Coined washing machine and dryer, very comfortable and large laundry room. The hotel is in a quiet location but close to shops and cafes, the Haeundae reqion can be reached by the sea railway nearby or on foot along the promenade along the sea, it's really scenic, or by subway. The Sky Capsule station can be reached on foot in 30-40 minutes along the sea. The beach is very clean and not crowded, there are many surfers, many families and young people, right at the entrance to the beach there is a stall with delicious corn dogs, coffee and other drinks, and many other convenience stores. Umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach are also available for a fee and they are really comfortable. The beach is perfect for walking and taking photos, it's a real relaxation. The hotel is a good value for money, good infrastructure and location, our family will definitely come back here again.

The highlight was a comfortable bed, a view looking out a large window to the beach and ocean and a double spa bath. The room was simple with bar seating only. Room was very quiet and sound proof. Songjeong beach is away from the crowds of Haeundae. Breakfast had plenty of choice, fruit, salad, eggs, toast, cereal, noodle cups, juice, coffee.

The breakfast room was small for the numbers using it and sometimes a bit of a wait for seating, it felt very busy at times. Songjeong is further away from Haeundae than we realised and not on the subway. We didn't have much success figuring out the buses so used taxis to and from the subway stations. Perhaps not the best location if you want to do alot of sight seeing around Busan, unless you are happy to spend time travelling each day.

It has awesome view from the room with the sea just in fron o f the hotel. It is quiet and the staff is very attentive - they helped us with a safe malfunction carrying an exchange in his own hands, they were ready to call an ambulance at any time when a had unexpected health problems. There are genuine korean restaurants nearby at a moderate price and nice service. Nice room design, it was as shown on the pictures and the arm chairs were comfortable :) the barh tub was freat advantage. And a simple but fresh breakfast every dayehich started as going on exploaring Busan. If you do not mind travelling to the centre it is worth recommendation.

It is off from the center but do not get discouraged they have taxis and trains and subway and coastal cabins. Ladies in the dinning room did not speak any English. It caused some funny situations.

The hotel is close to the beach and I enjoyed watching the fast and furious cars and walking at the beach. Very relaxing, especially at night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful, especially the night guy, he was very friendly. The day staff could not speak English and always getting the taxi destination ordered wrong, but i survived and enjoyed Busan.

The hotel cleanliness can be improved. The ladies toilet at the lobby spider webs dust etc it's like it has not been cleaned in a while. Passage way toilet paper rolls. The elevator was all dusty and the mirrors. The breakfast was not all that eggs were cold it was edible but can be improved.

It is away from hustle and bustle of Busan, but it is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. All the reception/check-in staff speak enough English to assist you and are friendly and kind. We had a lovely person who checked us in, Sang Won Yoon. He has a warm personality and helped us when we had inquired about different tourist attractions we wanted to see. He was very helpful - thanks Won Yoon! We had a wonderful view of the ocean and convenience store about a 1 min walk away. It’s at the end of the Haeundae Beach Train, and there is the boardwalk along the beach. I’m not sure how far it goes, but it’s a lovely walk. At night on weekends there are cute food vans selling coffee and Korean street toast. Gwangalli Beach is not very close but easy and affordable in a taxi. Breakfast is simple - eggs, toast, lettuce, tomato, fruit, instant noodles, tea/coffee and juice. It’s good as it’s included in the hotel stay and I had no complaints.

The beds are harder than I like, but having travelled to other Asian countries - this is the norm.

Beautiful hotel Very friendly welcome / staff Smells amazing with lovely reed diffusers everywhere Spotless clean Breakfast was basic but nice , self service , fruits , eggs , toast , yoghurt ... all included which is a nice addition Room very big , very clean , beds are hard but comfortable, shower very good and toilet has the heated seat and bidet Location was really good, had some fab walks , lots of convenience shops and Korean food available locally BUT .... this hotel is all about location .. its stunning .. every room looks out on the sea with a floor to ceiling huge wide window that captures the perfect Seaview and beautiful sandy beach .. its gorgeous and beautiful to walk with a lovely atmosphere , we were there over a weekend so it was lovely to watch so many surfers and the sea so calm and blue .. our weather was fab too so we really were lucky . We got a taxi to the HUGE Lotte premium mall only 10 minutes away and then you come back to the amazing view and warm welcome from reception staff. Highly recommend LOAN HOTEL .

Nothing really ... all was perfect

It’s in a great location, we preferred staying next to Songjeong Beach over Busan. It’s a very short and cheap taxi ride (about 8,000-10,000W) to Busan. The room was perfectly clean, with a wonderful two-person jacuzzi tub that we absolutely used after a full-city tour and lots of walking. The breakfast was a good amount in order to keep us satisfied, and there’s a great lounge that shared the parking lot where we had dinner one of the nights we stayed, which had some really great pastas.

The beds are SUPER hard. It’s really standard in Korea, but just be prepared.

The view from the hotel room was unbeatable. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Songjeong beach. Blue Line Park ( beach train ) is close by. There is a nice elevated walking path parallel to the train tracks, that takes one to Daritdol skywalk (must see & free) and other spectacular views of the sea. We woke up everyday to the beautiful views of the sea. Easily one of our best stays ever. We will never ever forget this hotel and will come back someday for sure.
