Loved the room! We had a bathtub in our room with a view of the sea, and it became my nightly routine to sit in the hot tub while listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the moonlight. Songjeong is a cool surfing beach, so we got to watch surfers from sun up to sun down. Great cafes nearby with big windows for sea views. Nice burger place across the street. Breakfast was just a little bagged sandwich and some fruit (same every day), but it tasted good! There is a train that runs frequently that runs to Haeundae beach. And we were able to walk north to the temple (45 min).

They didn’t make up our room one day when we wanted them to. Strong perfume smell in halls that was a bit much for me. No laundry service.

Great location and very helpful staff, we wanted to stay an extra night at short notice which wasn’t a problem and we had some specific requests for breakfast that were also accommodated. The room was spacious, the facilities were all in good order and we loved the view and balcony!

We were a bit disturbed and the volume of plastic waste during our stay, water is all in plastic bottles (small ones, which means you are given lots of them) and the breakfast (which is hard to complain about because it was free) required more plastic than I’d usually consume in a week at home. It’s also worth highlighting that the description states ‘private pool’, it’s not private (which we thought was clear from the photos) and it doesn’t quite look as luxurious as the photos but it was a very nice pool!

The room and view was great. We booked the coolest ocean suite on 11th floor which only had 4 suites on the entire floor. The bathtub overlooking the ocean, rain shower, and huge bathroom with bidet was awesome. We didn't have chance to use or check out the rooftop pool unfortunately. They also gave us vouchers for free breakfast at the hotel cafe...simple food but tasty and you can take with you. Staff was also very friendly. The hotel also provided robes and slippers.

The slippers they provided were kinda flimsy...but at least they provided them! Also when we asked for extra pillows, they said they had none?!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and size was good. I cannot emphasize how wonderful the staff were 10/10. They put in so much enough into making sure I was comfortable during my stay, they were also kind enough to answer my questions about transportation, nice eating spots etc. I loved that the breakfast was packed and ready to go. If I do visit Busan again in the future, I’d definitely stay here.

For us it was a bit far out of Busan but depends what you’re after as there is a beach and lots of restaurants nearby. It was just difficult to do day trips outside of Busan due to having to travel an hour for the bus station/trains.

Fantastic location with beautiful beach view in a quiet area with many restaurants to choose from. Lovely staff, always pleasant and helpful.

My only complaint, and it’s not a big deal, is that milk was not available for coffee with breakfast. I solved this by picking up a small container at the GS25 across the street.

Great hotel when it gets going. Visited in early in the season and felt very quiet. Cool place, maybe a bit gimmicky but nothing to bad to say about their cleanliness or facilities, really good on that

Someone was definitely trying the doors at 4am but not sure if it was a member of staff or worse..

Ein wunderschönes neues Hotel in bester Lage am Strand. Wonderful sunrise view in the morning. Truly cool facilities and great helpful staff from maid to director. Fabulous rooftop infinity pool . Nice breakfast with very good coffee

Sadly we couldn’t stay longer. Best place we saw during the whole Korea trip

as the name suggests, it’s a very cool set up. We very much enjoyed our stay.

we had a slight issue with the shower, it splashed everywhere in the bathroom. that’s us being extremely nitpicking though, it was amazing

The Coolest Hotel lived up to its name. Everything was beautifully styled and fit out. They were good sized rooms with awesome views of the ocean. The rooftop pool was very picturesque. The breakfast packs were a lovely touch too.

The design of the shower was flawed and it caused the bathroom floor to flood with water.
