the guesthouse is very near the Seoul station. It is also located near the bus stop. The room is quite big and equipped with washing machine and kitchen utensils. I washed my clothes and able to preheat my meal. there is body wash and shampoo inside the toilet, but there is no toothpaste or toothbrush provided.

The stairs are quite steep, and it’s not easy for me to bring up, or bring down my luggages. luckily Eric the manager was able to assist me bringing the bag to my room.

The room has a washing machine and appliances for cooking

My bathroom has a bad smell that comes from the drainage

Location just a walking distance to Seoul Station, kitchen, washing machine, TV, hot shower

If you come by taxi at midnight (because the last train is at 12 a.m.), just tell the taxi driver to drop you off at Exit 15 Seoul Station, and just walk from there. Taxi will find it hard to look for guesthouse because it is a small and narrow road

Good location, near Seoul station but a bit of an uphill walk which would be tiring if you have multiple luggages. Good for a one night stay due to transit but would recommend staying somewhere else for long term stay. The room had plenty of space though for 2 people and big luggages, good option for its price.

Walls are paper thin. Bathroom was really small that you can't open the door all the way cos when you enter, the door hits the toilet.

It is located near exit 15 of Seoul Station, which is at the quieter side of Seoul Station neighbourhood. Can get to many other places via the bus or subway or KTX so it is a good base for me as I headed out on most days during my nine-day stay. The washing machine and rack are of good use to do the laundry before heading back. The distilled water dispenser and hot water electric kettle are good for me too. It has all the amenities needed, just need to bring own toothbrush, toothpaste, facial wash, hair conditioner. Lotte Mart is near so can get some food if needed.

As I stayed during the chilly season, the room floor was not heated so it tends to get colder at night when it hits negative. Thankfully I brought my own room slippers. The blanket also kept warmth so it was OK. The toilet is a bit small but made do with it as it is typical of Korean toilets. Towels are on the smaller side but they are ok for me as new ones are changed every day. The table and stool are a bit small but able to make do if you have a quick breakfast.

Clean & spacious 2-bed room with washer and rack. Basic cutlery and cook are provided, and you can also use the shared microwave and bread toaster in the longue. Really good location -- 5 mins walk to Seoul station -- perfect if you plan to take day-trip to other cities! Also has access to multiple bus stops that drive you to Hongdae, Jungu, Euji-ro around 15 - 20 mins. Not very far from Gangnam and Iteawon too if you decide to go for a wild night ;)

The room is clean and have all the facilities I needed including kitchen and washing machine. They provide toiletries and washing powder for the washing machine as well which is enough for a couple of washes. It was much needed as I visited during the last week of heat wave in Seoul.

It is a common issue throughout Seoul due to the plumbing system and is not completely the fault of the guest house but the smell coming out from the bathroom can be a bit uncomfortable. Once I closed the bathroom door and turned on the air conditioning the smell was gone but if I come back to the guesthouse at night and had the air-conditioning off the whole time, I can smell the plumbing smell from the bathroom.

I had a great time staying here . The host was very friendly and attentive, the only thing I regret was not getting a bigger room , but that was totally my own fault as I thought that the room would be enough space for the 3 of us . Location wise was very strategic, the bathroom was a bit on the small side but it’s not really a big problem . The washing machine came in handy as we washed our clothes daily and surprisingly the clothes are dry the next day ! Overall I had a pleasant stay here and it made my first time in Korea a memorable one thank you again

Everything was fine

Location is very close to Seoul station. Room is very spacious! We had a single bed and a double bed in our room with plenty more space for two big luggages. The room was also very clean and we had a comfortable overnight stay before catching our flight.

The tall stairway up to our room was hard to get to with big luggages but we were lucky to have been offered help by the site manager that met us at the R Cafe for payment. I knew that there was a possiblity of having to go up and down stairs with luggages so I had anticipated it. We got a bit lost finding the place but from the R Cafe, the manager (within operating hours) was able to direct us to the accommodation. Otherwise, the photo instructions were helpful.

Stay near Seoul station is a good option for the beginning or ending of your Korea trip because you can take the all stop train from Seoul station to the airport without having to do a transfer.

The neighborhood. South Korea has a minuscule amount of homeless compared to the US which is being overrun by the homeless. But most of them are around the Seoul station area. There are a few attractions near Seoul station which would make it worth staying in the area for a short tome but if you want to spend a lot of time in Seoul it’s better to stay in a neighborhood like Insadong, Itaewon, or Myeongdong. The subway system in Seoul is fantastic and you can get anywhere in the city efficiently, safely, affordably, and with no hassle in very little time.
