Hotel Stay Inn Seoul Station

Conveniently located. Price is good for stopover/short stay. Host Mr. Lee is friendly and helpful. Fast response when using text message via booking.com. Mr Lee helped with bringing luggage to room since no elevator up four levels and allow storage of large luggage since we had late flight. Sufficient power outlet to charge phone. Good wifi, shared kettle, microwave.

Toilet lacks space or rack or hooks for personal stuff or clothing. Floor gets wet since there is no separation between shower and toilet seat. BedRoom is big but two double beds occupied almost entire room which leaves limited walking space.

The accommodation is straightforward to access from Seoul Station via exit 12. It is near some amenities such as a Bibimbap restaurant, 7Eleven ( for topping up your Tmoney card and buying snacks). The staff takes your suitcases up and down the stairs when you arrive and leave. Staff members are friendly and do speak English well. The staff was accommodating; I had forgotten my Korean phone charger and was given one to use overnight. The shower room was clean, with enough pressure on the shower head and free-to-use toiletries, and for every guest toothbrush & tooth paste and shower cap.

When you are tall, over 1.80m, the length of the beds can be a little short.

The room was clean and quiet. It was spacious enough for our purposes (cleaning up after travel and sleeping). The bathroom was quite large and filled with toiletries and clean linens. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to easily find the hotel, and the location was incredibly convenient. The staff was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. We stayed in a room on the top floor and the stairs, while slightly inconvenient compared to the escalators or elevators of bigger hotels they were well lit and we navigated them with our carry-on luggage easily.

Its a good hotel. Small room but if you only need to sleep there then its fine. Literally 1min walk to seoul station and 7/11 is right next door. Very convenient. Staff are really nice, they understand and speak English very well. The room didn't have a microwave to heat up food so you're better off getting food and heating it up at 7/11. Overall, its a good room for the price

Room was a lot smaller than expected. No lift, so you have to carry luggage up to your room.

I like that it's very convenient since it is very near the station and the bus stop as well as the room gets cleaned and fixed on a daily basis. The staffs are very nice and approachable .

The hotel does not have an elevator. Its quite a struggle with the luggages specifically when its checkout however the staffs are very willing to help us bring our luggage down to the lobby.

Room was as described. Location was excellent for travel and explore eatery. Staff was friendly as we haven't done any roaming and things are all booked via mobile apps and so on, we were having issues booking taxis and the staff booked taxis for us which helped us a lot with 2 little kids in cold weather.

Our room was on 4th floor and no elevator so it was a bit tiring to up and down but with our luggages, staff helped to move up to the our floor and the bathroom was very cold and the bathroom door wasn't shutting well either.

Excellent location so close to Seoul Station, comfortable bed and great amenities. Very friendly staff and good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are a little small but it's no issue as that's quite standard from what I've seen for Seoul. There is no elevator so you will need to carry your bags up but staff are very happy to help do that.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the wifi was free and fast. The hotel was very close to Seoul Central Station. We were very tired and jetlagged but we think it was well insulated for sound.

It was a very small room, but still enough space for all of us to sleep plus put down our hand luggage. Any larger luggage needs to be left downstairs.

Tiny rooms. Double bed, bed side and desk. To small to stand between desk and table. In the rooms is also safe, well working air-condition and hot water. There are also window but the are cover so you can't see nothing and in the room is always dark. They are asking for daily cleaning. Helpful ladies in reception, we can leave our languages there as well. Three minutes walk from Seoul station (exit 12)

The room was much better than looked like on pictures! Bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was good enough, and the staff were great. Bonus: they take your luggage in the room while you wait for the check-in and offer help to carry them since there's no elevator in the hotel

There's nothing to do around the hotel area, but seoul station is 4 minutes walking away, so you can go anywhere from there.
