It was clean, quiet and good value for money.

The guesthouse is in an old building but it's not a problem at all, it's comfortable and practiced and the owner leaves a lot of things available for free. It is located in a perfect position, quiet and silent. I really liked it.

A little bad smell from the shower drain but it's a small thing, you can close the bathroom door. And during the rains in Seoul is quite normal, especially at the ground floor.

Good value for money. The room is warm so we were always happy to get back after a day outside in a cold weather. Everything you need (shampoo, towels etc) is provided. We thought at first that the location would be not ideal or cute but it’s actually so convenient, a lot of buses and MRT just 2min walk and small streets next to the hotel. Very central so you could easily reach any district of Seoul in less than 30min

We had the room downstairs so there was no window and it was a bit humid.

I like that it has everything you could ever want to make your stay better! Washing machine, drying rack, iron, pantry, kitchen. I even saw a couple of universal travel adapters you could borrow if you forgot to bring any.

Just the shower that was hard to control the temperature. But you'll get the hang of it.

Its clean, big enough and comfortable everything you need is provided (washing machine, soaps, basic skincare…) , and is in a very nice neighborhood. I can recommend cafe Mune right across the street, they have the sweetest kitties.

the staircase is a bit odd to carry heavy luggage up.

The room is spacious and located at the back alley, so it was quiet during my whole stay there. The property is 5 minute walk from Sookmyung Women's University station. I could do laundry there for free. WiFi was good, and I enjoyed watching all channels on the TV even though it has no subtitles.

I think someone tried to enter my room twice.

For the price I paid, the accommodation was great! But I have to mention that there were some works carried out on the road right outside the property, from early morning hours, every day. The noise kept waking me up.

-Location is excellent, just 20min walking from the central station. -There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. -Line 4 and Line 1 at 5min walking from the hotel. -There is free coffee for breakfast. -The owner was super nice, and let us to check in 3 hours early, we arrived with a night flight so it was great!

The host was very welcoming, attentive and responsive. The room I stayed in was cozy yet spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. There are enough facilities for every needs of mine. I didnt hear much noise from neighbors unless they were right in the hallway near my door. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place.

1. Great location, so easy to get everywhere. 2. The neighborhood got many nice restaurants around with reasonable price. 3. Just 3mins walk to metro station, also got lots buses to go most of famous places.
